Does any know why a connection would work initially after going through all the steps but then does not work the next day with all of the same configurations and credentials being used? DB is still active and public and has all the same security group rules. Haven't changed a thing

Publicly accessible = true, my 2 VPC security group (postgres and admin) are full open but i still get a connection time-out when connecting from my local. Any idea ? If i ping the endpoint it return a time-out

Yes, my VPC was in zone 2A while my RDS was in 2B, or vice versa.@@aseep0109

If this is the only RDS instance you have in your account, I think you will not be charged
