I’m convinced European fans are much more into sports than us Americans they have the best fans
I was there, and to a point I agree with you. They had SO much fun. I've been to tons of NFL games in the US and the experience wasn't comparable. The only thing is the European fans seemed to have no clue what was going on with the game and were very interested in having a party. After the game was over the fans were still in the stands doing sing alongs for over an hour with the concessions still selling food and alcohol. It was really something else!
People follow sports teams like it's their religion. Also, how are you going to cut the music before the chorus and not expect people to carry on singing?

We Americas are too spoiled with sporting events that we don’t get this kind of passion most of the time
its not about "being spoiled". Europes approach to sports is much more passionate because most of the time its not about the games being an actual event. Its linked to way more emotional things. You often support your local club, the club your family supports, the first time you saw a club playing or the team you associate your first memories of that sport with. Thats why there is way more passion in it.
So of course that emotion and passion -at least partially- carries over to an event like this. Be it for simply having a good time or waiting so long for an actual nfl game to be played in germany.

Probably the most boring game of the season, as a Pats fan, but the crowd made me into it all game long, crowd carried, I wish all games were like this where fans brought that kind of passion
