depends on the country. In the Ph TRC, Passport, etravel pass to come back in Poland you'll need OEC

Can I send an application for a temporary residence permit by post (Poczta Polska) on the last day of legal residence in Poland?
And for the period of validity, is calculated from the date of posting the parcel at the post office?

Hello yes I believe it works like that however it is always advisable to submit your application earlier than the last day of your VISA.
Once the TRP is issued, we can bring family there and can go to our homecountry easily and can come back with same TRP CARD
if you want to get your family, they will need to apply for a trc as well :) and yes if you have a TRC already, you can go to your home country and go back to Poland, no need to apply for VISA :)
Usuallay how much time it takes to get a TRC CARD for a new commer
@@aabidhussaindar8034I think it may take around 6-12 months (seems they're overflowed with request). Once you apply you can't travel abroad as you get stamp in your passport that you're waiting for residence card.

Hi Tam! If I have work permit in Poland, can I easily get the TRC after that?
application is easy but decision will take a lot of time, months or year before you can get the card.

Hello po nagpapadala po sila ng letter for your decision but mas better po if mag follow up kayo directly sa office nila.

Are you already in Poland? Please contact an immigration lawyer or agency that process trp. or you can do it by yourself though, it will be a really long process.
If you do it by urself how long it take approx? And do it with lawyer it makes it shorter?? Pls reply thanks in advance

What is the validity of TRP CARD, do we have to renew it
it's saying temporary
expiration will be indicated in the TRP Card. It is not possible to “renew” a temporary residence permit. National Court Register ang KRS. Meaning po legally registered sa gov't of Poland. hindi lang po ako makaka legit check po.
