    Hey, thank you for this video! so can I apply for a TRC if first I entered Poland as a Tourist but then I got a job with a signed contract, can I apply for a TRC in this case?

    • @nowbiodun
      @nowbiodun  2 месяца назад

      Nobody will offer you a job as a tourist. Only possible way I see is if you manage to register as a student to legalise your stay.

    Thanks for the video, So once the stamp has been put into the passport to confirm the application has been sent, it is still not possible to work from this point? You must wait for the decision on your application?

    • @nowbiodun
      @nowbiodun  3 месяца назад

      You need a decision, if your application is solely based on work permit sponsored by a company. To clarify, if you are not in Poland and you are being sponsored by a company through the work route, need to sponsor for a visa initially from your country. If your visa is granted based on the work, you can work in Poland with your employer. In Poland before your visa expires, you need to apply for a residence permit with your work documents.

    I applied for residency through marriage and only received a stamped receipt of payment for the application after providing my fingerprints. However, my passport wasn't stamped even though I entered Poland with another EU residency permit that is expiring in 1 month.

    • @nowbiodun
      @nowbiodun  4 месяца назад

      Since you have applied, you have nothing to worry about. I heard some people say they did not get any stamp too.

    Hi Biodun, first of all thanks for the informative video!!🙌
    Let's say I come for my masters and once i finish it, I apply for my TRC. Taking the delay of TRC processing in consideration, so technically i can stay longer than 9 months? (ex: 4-6 moths TRC processing + 9 months).
    Can i work part-time(20 hrs/week) during TRC to sustain my living expenses similar to when i was studying and parallelly search for a full time job?

    • @nowbiodun
      @nowbiodun  2 месяца назад +1

      Yeah, technically you can stay longer. But you should apply for TRC before your visa expires. After your study, then you can apply for a new one. You are not restricted to part time jobs. While studying and after your program, you can apply to full time jobs.

    Hi, thank you for your video. Does poland do dependant visa for spouse and child coming in to poland after the main applicant has moved in for the purpose of work?

    • @nowbiodun
      @nowbiodun  4 месяца назад +1

      @@happydavvy yes, this is under familiar reunification. If you have a residence permit and you can proof that you earn enough to take care of them here in Poland, they can proceed to apply for long term visa (type D) under family reunification at the embassy.

    • @nowbiodun
      @nowbiodun  3 месяца назад

      To be honest, I don’t know much about this because I haven’t done it before. I presume this would fall under family reunification. Maybe this link would be helpful - immigration-portal.ec.europa.eu/poland-family-member_en
      But I would advise you to consult an immigration lawyer here in Poland about this.
