Hi, i find your video very informative...how about if i already submitted my documents to voivode and I got a letter from them after 4 months stating that the decision will until July 2021. Also states there that by that letter I can apply for a TR card But they didn't interview me yet, they only interviewed my neighbors. You can try to apply for TRC, but i think Polisch government will issue new law or adopt law from EU in next 3 months.
