Dear Nikhilesh sir, I am from delhi and have passed my 12th class in this year... and I am planning to study in germany for Bachelors.. but as we know that i can not apply directly for bachelors so i have to complete 1st year of my Btech in computer from india only and then I can apply for bachelors in germany... my college will start from september and i will complete my 2nd semester around this time in next year so what semester is suitable for me to apply winter or summer ... I have some universities in my mind like free university of berlin,university of stuttgart and other... and also i am applying for daad scholarship... hope for the reply... Thanks for doing these work for us.... many many loves from you little brother...
you have talked about master dgree student. they can take PR in 1+4 years. But how about the PhD students. How they can get the PR? will their 4 years will be counted as 2 years or full 5 years?

You say two years are counted as one. So if I'm studying 4 years bachelor's program then will it be counted as two?
