I have experienced the same thing and understand how it feels! It is true when they say that time heals all wounds. Memories of someone will always be there, but we have this amazing ability to emotionally distance ourselves over time. Stay active and give yourself some love! Never be too hard on yourself! It took me a while to recover from a heartbreak, but I made it and im sure as hell you can. It's a powerful space to come from when you take ownership for the way another has treated you. Kudos to you. The pattern of behaviour that you've recognised in the other person and your choice of reaction to it - is one that you can choose never to repeat. However knowing that in no way lessens the intensity of the pain you are experiencing. You truly have a beautiful light that shines through you in your videos - many of you viewers have commented on it. It doesn't help now - sometimes we need to have experiences like you've just had to clarify the qualities that are important to us to have and seek out in others. The person who has caused you such pain - has also provided a service by helping to more clearly see your own worth and additionally they have help you identify the qualities you want in another and therefore find important to have in someone you choose to be involved with. I have no doubt when you're ready you'll find THE perfect person to walk beside, as they walk beside you. And Raif, please hear me when I say to you; 'you are worth it' - you have such light and love streaming from you. It only requires you to recognise it and own it. I'm sure you are aware of your own heart's magnificence. It's a rare quality and not necessarily a common quality. In time, when you're ready, you'll choose the right person for yourself as they will choose you. Please stay strong and never doubt your inner being. PS. oh man...that was truly heartbreaking to see you so hurt!! I'm deeply sorry you had such a rough time, and mostly because the way the other person treated you after you sended that message! Heartbreaks are the most intense and most hurtful things that can happen, and it takes so much effort to get it back the way it was. Sometimes you can't even fix it in a same way, you just gather the pieces and patch up the damage, but it never really fully heals back. It takes it's toll. I wish I have something uplifting here to say, but sometimes you just need a good hug (a virtual one in this case *hugs*) and compassion from others. It's a good thing that you're able to speak about it rather than keeping it inside of you, making more damage. You just need time for yourself, a good company surrounding you and taking each day one at a time. You have fans who supports you too, that's why we're here.

They are going to do it even if you never met them before because We humans are spiritual beings. You have God in your life: good; you have exercise in your life: good; the physical and spiritual are now taken care of, but I would like to suggest that there is a third part of all of us: the psychological. The cumulative effect of all the work and determination over the course of years is what gets you that physique.....and/or steroids lol but I don’t do that. Raif, I just wanted to say that you are a beautiful, kind soul and God has a plan and purpose for you! One of the purposes is this, doing RUclips and educating people about living an abundance life while being HIV positive. I started watching your videos maybe a month or so after I was raped and I was so scared that I got HIV, thinking this is it, I’m going to die. My tests came back negative 3 months after the incident, but still worry that I have it. I’m getting retested and should know by the end of the week (10 months from the incident) what my status is. If I’m positive, you have given me faith that this isn’t the end, and I can find love. Anywhoo... I truly enjoy watching your videos because you are personable and have such a big heart. You’re not putting on a show, you’re being yourself and that’s all I could ever ask of you. I’m happy to hear God has given you the opportunity to heal with having Duke in your life. 4 months ago I nearly committed suicide, but last minute decided to adopt my dog, Roku. Having him in my life has significantly made a difference and I’m now starting to feel like myself again. Thank you for continuing to put yourself out there and being a positive influence. I will continue to pray for you and I hope nothing but the best for you!

Memories of someone will always be there, but we have this amazing ability to emotionally distance ourselves over time. Stay active and give yourself some love! Never be too hard on yourself! It took me a while to recover from a heartbreak, but I made it and im sure as hell you can. You are an intelligent and good looking man who will find someone that can reciprocate your exact feelings, no doubt in my mind. It's a powerful space to come from when you take ownership for the way another has treated you. Kudos to you. The pattern of behaviour that you've recognised in the other person and your choice of reaction to it - is one that you can choose never to repeat. However knowing that in no way lessens the intensity of the pain you are experiencing. You truly have a beautiful light that shines through you in your videos - many of you viewers have commented on it. It doesn't help now - sometimes we need to have experiences like you've just had to clarify the qualities that are important to us to have and seek out in others. The person who has caused you such pain - has also provided a service by helping to more clearly see your own worth and additionally they have help you identify the qualities you want in another and therefore find important to have in someone you choose to be involved with. I have no doubt when you're ready you'll find THE perfect person to walk beside, as they walk beside you. And Raif, please hear me when I say to you; 'you are worth it' - you have such light and love streaming from you. It only requires you to recognise it and own it. I'm sure you are aware of your own heart's magnificence. It's a rare quality and not necessarily a common quality. In time, when you're ready, you'll choose the right person for yourself as they will choose you. Please stay strong and never doubt your inner being. PS. Perfect timing for Duke to appear in your life and for you to appear in his! Listen to your words describing him coming into to your world - is he in any way a mirror for yourself and your own experiences? To me, you couldv'e been possibly describing yourself! oh man...that was truly heartbreaking to see you so hurt!! I'm deeply sorry you had such a rough time, and mostly because the way the other person treated you after you sended that message! Heartbreaks are the most intense and most hurtful things that can happen, and it takes so much effort to get it back the way it was. Sometimes you can't even fix it in a same way, you just gather the pieces and patch up the damage, but it never really fully heals back. It takes it's toll.
I wish I have something uplifting here to say, but sometimes you just need a good hug (a virtual one in this case *hugs*) and compassion from others. It's a good thing that you're able to speak about it rather than keeping it inside of you, making more damage.
You just need time for yourself, a good company surrounding you and taking each day one at a time. You have fans who supports you too, that's why we're here.

Rafi, I was balling my eyes out at most of the video. I watched it last night. My heart goes out to you for what this guy did. No one deserves to be treated like dirt. Please know you will find Mr. right. Probably not Mr right now but he is out there looking for you as well. I wish I could just take you and hug you and say things will be better but I'll do the 2nd best I can say things will get better. Focus on things you love I think your doing that right now. I totally agree with your analysis. Your stress relief is in the gym, for me it was the open road where I would run 40 miles a week. Exercise is an excellent stress relief, but we need more. You have God in your life: good; you have exercise in your life: good; the physical and spiritual are now taken care of, but I would like to suggest that there is a third part of all of us: the psychological. Your recovery healing plan with Duke is an excellent one; I follow the same plan with my labradoodle 'Bro'. ha ha........You are awesome, Raif, you are loving, kind, and insightful. Kim Jong-un My physique is the result of consistent, daily, HARD, weight training for years. Add in daily supplementation, proper diet, hydration and sleep patterns. The cumulative effect of all the work and determination over the course of years is what gets you that physique.....and/or steroids lol but I don’t do that. And u STILL have to bust ur ass if U take steroids (common misconception that it’s easy w/ steroids)

I just wanted to say that you are a beautiful, kind soul and God has a plan and purpose for you! One of the purposes is this, doing RUclips and educating people about living an abundance life while being HIV positive.
I started watching your videos maybe a month or so after I was raped and I was so scared that I got HIV, thinking this is it, I’m going to die. My tests came back negative 3 months after the incident, but still worry that I have it. I’m getting retested and should know by the end of the week (10 months from the incident) what my status is. If I’m positive, you have given me faith that this isn’t the end, and I can find love. Anywhoo... I truly enjoy watching your videos because you are personable and have such a big heart. You’re not putting on a show, you’re being yourself and that’s all I could ever ask of you.
I’m happy to hear God has given you the opportunity to heal with having Duke in your life. 4 months ago I nearly committed suicide, but last minute decided to adopt my dog, Roku. Having him in my life has significantly made a difference and I’m now starting to feel like myself again.
