In some ways, those were better days. We could go to school and feel safe. It felt like everything was mostly moving in a positive direction and people got along better, even if they had different views. And everything felt less rushed.
We also weren't overloaded with far too much information, both good and bad. In fact, usually, the only bad information you got was from that "one kid" who swore his Uncle worked for Nintendo and could get all the secrets.
THESE WERE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! I am glad you posted this. I graduated 1985, married 1987, and had kids 1993! Keep up the awesome posts!!!!
In all ways those were better days. My life as I knew it changed for the worse when my boss gave me a pager. Btw I had a pair of Calvin Klein zip up jeans.
I had a '69 chevelle and used to dare people to hit me. The doors were 8 inches thick, steel. NO PLASTIC or fibre glass. Yea, hit me. The rest of the car was the same. Loved that car!
Growing up in the 60's and 70's, I didn't get all of the things but I enjoyed most of them. The greatest danger was the mile long phone cord that seemed to trap someone during each phone call.
The parents going to school, needed to be barefoot and a 5 mile sign.😊
I still have that casserole dish ❤❤
My mum had one too.
I have had a collection for over 40 years, still use them
Never mind the ankle zippers, I miss those awesome acid wash jeans!
I miss my Rockies jeans. No pleats, no back pockets!
(I also miss the body that wore them!)
1:39: the kid from Diff'rent Strokes ... an 80s , 90s double whammy
Got enough watermarks on the pics? Someone's worried about people stealing the content.
Growing.up in the late 70s to late 89s.was better. Young ines today dont really know what fun times were or are. Poor kids. Spoilt brats a lot
6:05 I almost cried when I saw those 2😢..Good times really do fly by...
Immortal man, been around since the 50s, God I'm old
61yo, the only clear plastic item I wanted was the phone
Some of these must be American so as an Aussie of this era quite a few mean nothing to me. Shame.
Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! More please
Time to make the donuts!
Conway Twitty, haha
lol Zoom meeting!
What is he blowing on @ 9:27??
I think it's a sega Genesis game cartridge? Not sure
Nintendo 64 cartridge. Which is nonsense. Everyone knows it was regular NES cartridges that required blowing if it was more than 5 years old..
