I liked one German supermarkets take on this: _„We had Black Friday last week...We called it ,Friday'!“_ 👍 The general gist being „We don't need to do a Black Friday; Our prices are _always_ this low“. And compared to other supermarkets trading in the UK, they're not wrong with that comment! 🛒💯😁

8:46 I have seen this happen at a grocery store I worked at. A wife sent her husband to buy a frozen turkey. The sign gave the sale price, but the man didn't see the small print that said "per lb." He thought whole turkeys were a few cents each. He thought he would surprise his wife by getting enough turkeys to fill their chest freezer. He was so excited he didn't notice how much his total bill came to. A little while later, man, wife, and turkeys were back. The wife was doing all the talking (very loudly), alternating between chewing him out and ranting at Customer Service about her husband's lack of common sense. Everyone in the store heard her. It was company policy that employees couldn't laugh at customers. We were all dying, trying not to laugh. 😂

The sign at 3:33 is a warning of rising water. I have seen similar signs near dams and bodies of water prone to severe flash flooding. If you hear the siren, the s**t is close to hitting the fan.

I'm so thankful I live in an area where the local Walmart has a few eccentric shoppers from time to time, but nothing that gives you the heebie jeebies like some of the people in this video.

A person doesn't necessarily need to go to the carnival ,they can just go to Walmart, one stop shopping and one stop show 😂

"sales" where the sale price is more than the original price are nothing new. 60 years ago my dad worked in a toy store during Christmas selling high quality science things like microscopes and telescopes because he believed that if you get a kid a poor quality science toy they will lodsetheir interest in science but if you Gove them a good quality science toy they may stay interested. Anyway, I was looking for Christmas presents for my family and noticed a book that was on sale. The original price and sale price were easy to see and the sale price was about a dollar more than the original price, which I brought to the notice of a store manager.
