This music shows that TDCC can make really good stuff, and that Tourist History and Beacon were a part of their History, not their full history. And even though some people just can't understand that bands need to go through some criative changes, if the talent is there, good songs will be created. So, congrats to Two Door for evolving into new things, and I really hope that this new album can make success, because it's a good one. (P.S. If I mispelled something, I'm sorry, I'm not from a country that speaks english. Also, everything that I said is my opinion ).

Well I'm down with band progression, like how Arctic Monkeys changed a bit over time and became more mainstream but I love their current music just as much, perhaps even more. But TDCC's earlier songs are just more superior in my opinion. Sun, Next Year, and What You Know are 3 of my most beloved songs, I listen to them almost on a daily basis and never get tired. Especially Next Year and What You Know, listened to them a thousand times but I still feel such a deep emotional connection to them every single time.
This album is just as good as Tourist History. People just don't like change. It took me a few listens to really get into this album and glad I gave it a chance instead of instantly writing it off because it's great.
