For the 3rd one, I used to be told to keep my elbow completely perpendicular to the floor level, but found it very difficult to do so whenever you pull up after having body contacts

@@dipper5835 There were people in the 50s shooting over 80% from freethrow with granny style, and i constantly see people who drains like 30-40 threes in a row with pretty bad form. Every basketball player have different forms. What REALLY matters is how much you shoot. Steph isn't the greatest shooter because of his form, but because he probably has shot more than any other player
