“ we didn’t go to the Super Bowl for ten years after 2004 “. Love ya Jules but you gotta get the facts straight. We went to two superbowls between 04-14. One with an undefeated season until the playoffs with one of the most explosive teams on both sides of the ball and another against the giants and another loss to the Giants. Not to mention the AFC Championship games. So it’s not like we were at the bottom of the barrel for ten years.

Yeah, but when you’re trying to make a point about it being difficult to find a franchise qb, it’s a little disingenuous to gloss over year when a team went 16-0 in the regular season. That’s only been done 4 times in NFL history, and only twice in the Super Bowl era.

    3 words-
    Hall
    OF
    FAME
Juelz will never speak up, but this isnt the Mlb. Hall of fame should be a class of guys with not just regular season stays but playoff stats combined. If you factor in his kick return/punt return stats.. the ball security. The consistency.. you look up the BIGGEST games hes ever been in, those are also his BEST games. Before you try & act like he was just a slot receiver, remember he rarely had the opportunity to even play with gronk to stretch the field for him because there was rarely a time where they were both healthy together. Juelz was a slot dude who was constantly double & triple covered. Everybody knew where the ball was going but yet hed still produce..
Again, playoffs being counted- juelz is a hall of famer dude. Just helps that he played defense- played all forms of special teams- including making tackles on the kick off team while being a pro bowl returner, julian Edelman is in

One of the most savage things, talking about that first punt return TD, Bill Belichick walks right up to Wes Welker after that and asks him is he’s ever heard of Wally Pipp. Wes Welker goes “nuh uh.” Bill Belichick says, “He played first base before Lou Gehrig… then Lou Gehrig comes in and starts 23000 straight games or whatever…” Wes Welker is just nodding in agreement. Bill Belichick goes, “That might be a punt return story.”
