incredible score for a spectacular and criminally underrated movie
What a film. What a soundtrack.
Breathtaking
The music score to this spectacular movie seems to be reaching toward the heavens , just like my beloved towers, gone but will never be forgotten, how can you forget?
Criminally underrated movie. Earned a permanent spot on my list of favorite movies.
Those first few minutes feels like it's meant as a tribute towards the towers rather than a main title for the movie. It feels so mellow. Peaceful yet saddening as we know what happened to them and how they are a mark of days long gone by. Truly magnificent soundtrack and an amazing movie. I had low expectations of it, but damn it left a good experience. Especially that last scene where he reads the ticket was touching.
I got the same feeling.. I loved those beautiful towers.. I feel sad when i hear this and look at some pictures.. but a bit into the music i feel happy.. i get a feeling that i cant describe
@@kalkvand Yeah, I totally get you! Please reply to me, even after 4 whole freaking years!!!
That film was awe inspiring
Alan Silvestri is due an Oscar for his outstanding film scoring, and if THE WALK had garnered commercial success, this might have been his year. Although a guitarist by training, Alan writes beautifully for piano and orchestra--reminiscent of the great Georges Delerue.
Beautiful
I started researching Alan Silvestri because The Suite from Polar Express is one of my all-time favorite pieces from a soundtrack. Found this one featured on this site. What an amazing composer.
Brilliant music and brilliant film, thank you!
Wonderful music for an amazing movie.
Hey, what video game character is in your profile picture?! Please reply to me, even after 3 whole freaking years!!!
@@generalgta3528 Commander Shepard from Mass Effect 3.
I saw this movie a week ago for the first time and had to replay it seven times. I was never interested in the towers but fell in love with them and did a huge research, watched about a hundred of videos, read all wikipedia pages about construction, the attacks and investigation, and built a scale model in minecraft, as well as learning everything about Philippe Petit. When I look at a picture of them now, it feels like a family photo where two members passed away and it's really sad.
Hey, please reply to me, fellow fan!!!
@@generalgta3528 And so I thanks to you learnt the exact time I saw the movie for the first time and I will never be able to repay you for it, The towers are so awesome I frequently include them in my daydreaming, If I ever be able to learn lucid dreaming they will be in every story. Timeflies really well, bet you could not name a single thing you did in the past 4 years but still I choose to ontinue this life because it's the Quality/Length of life multiplied what gives the exact number of your life's worth. Since I am unable to live to the fullest I'll at least try to live to the longest.
@@CombraStudios Wait, I don't understand your first line! Please reply to me!

Una fascinante composicion, para el mejor homenaje q se podia hacer a esas moles de cemento q fueron las torres gemelas
This is great score ☺☺.... Alan Silvestri is the best composer
Τhis is so so so beautiful!!
Pure masterpiece
It was such an amazing evening and this particular moment was my absolute favorite!!!!!!
You were there? Wow lucky you! Alan is my favorite composer since back to the future! I was 5 and he inspired me into music...
+DavidVercettiMovies yeah, I was there!
such amazing music
This Film is Really Important ..
20+ years Without them
I guess they made this Film due to the "new one" being completed As To Remind us that the Original place had a Purpose and Spirit !
Also to Teach History of Actual Events for God Sake, I never knew about Phillip Pettit, man What a Legend !
This Film jumpstarts my love or Obsession with the Real World Trade Center, and Still Madly Upset on how the Site is Treated Today !
I love it so much!
Una gran película inspirada en hechos reales. Dedicada a las víctimas y a las impresionantes y bellas Torres Gemelas.
Al final lloré por su desaparición. Me hubiera gustado conocerlas. Preciosa banda sonora.
und davon springen........das sind helden auf ewig.
Music speaks .. unique lovely
Love this music ! !
The middle part sounds like a tribute to North by Northwest by Hermann ! Cool!
Alan Silvestri once explained in an interview that Robert Zemeckis always puts a music cue from North by Northwest when he's editing his movies and it's become like a joke between them.
amazing..
3:30 best track
gracias Pedro
Incredibly beautiful score. Anyone else notice how the theme at 7:30 is almost identical to some of Silvestri's material for Stuart Little 2?
Filmine de müziğine de bayıldım
wow nice
Ecstacy!
Alan could do a great Spiderman score similar to the amazing Spider-Man soundtrack
Just watched the fim and I wonder why I didn't come across it so far. The score is brilliant and it's a tribute to the World Trade Center as much as it is to the courage and resilience of Philippe Petit. Thank you Alan Silvestri ❤️
the music is much better than the movie deserves
It fits the movie perfectly! The emotion and mood are hand and hand
But the movie is so beautiful it deserves this music! Everything is okay!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I got such positive feedback about the audience discussion
