Listen to the whole show last night and love it!, a couple of touching moments for Clarence, great to hear the new songs and love hearing Bruce rock out. Just visited Asbury Park last summer including The Stone Pony! Hurry up Bruce....................Toronto is waiting
Everett Bradley is a wonderful addition to the band...he's so talented and full of happiness that just lights up the stage. Great to see him up front on center singing showing all his talents!!!!
@trvr3 Yes, because Bruce personally seats everyone at his shows. Why didn't he fly "real" people in from Michigan and Nebraska and also put all their kids through college. He just doesn't do enough for America.
I've been a Bruce fan since the 70's,he claims to always be for the "little hard working guy" and supports the OWS 99%, but look at his audience.... it is ALL the rich 1% ..... I've been a Sirius subscriber for years and because I'm part of the 99% I have to watch it on RUclips....
@trvr3 you mean Easy Money presumably.I m sure they paid, whether they queued with the peasants to get to the front is another point. It.s all about networking and contacts after all, and this was a Sirius event (and just a rehearsal for Bruce and the band!!!)
this is outstanding... and quit your bitching about "fat cats" - you can't afford it? you don't go. his regular concert tix go for $100 max... as cheap as $35. he's hooking his fans up.
I'm just sayin,' when the lights came on i saw so much White i figured that wasn't the Apollo audience Bruce had hoped for. Money was there quick on them tickets.
Thanks for posting If you don't believe that Bruce is the greatest live performer that ever lived, then I can't help you.
BEST PERFOMER THAT EVER LIVED

Couldn't get in but live around the corner and listened on Sirius. Amazing. Saw Bruce come out of the Apollo and was less than two feet away from him.

I listened to the whole show last night. Blew me away, thanks for posting.
That totally makes up for Hall & Oates doing that same song at the Apollo back in the '80s.
WOW, WOW, WOW, just incredible. Can't wait to see them this summer.

It's all his fault haha, good one.

Actually he's covering the Temptations on a Smokey Robinson penned tune. The lead on this song was the great Eddie Kendricks.
So True!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
The hysterical part is "Somebody solo!"
not too shabby ! -;>

His covers are so much better than his own songs...
Also 634-5789 by Steve Cropper and Eddie Floyd. Great versions by Otis and Wilson Pickett.
Wow! Thanks so much for posting this historic video!! Excellent work! Did you record Shaky Ground by any chance?

that looked a lot like Michael Douglas at the 9:22 mark (?)
@rivlin201 Ever catch Solomon Burke?
Then again, it wasn't really his show. It was for Sirius.
Yeah, Michael Douglas and K. Zeta Jones, more clearly visible at 7:25.
@trvr3 I was a bit shocked by that too, but it's not a real show. The real folks are at the real shows, like the one tonight.
quality...that bloke on the balcony hasnt got a clue who's behind him at 7:00
must have been great seinfeld
