I grew up in the Napa Valley when it was a wonderful place to live. This was before the valley completely catered to the wealthy and destroyed the natural beauty and wonderful quaintness of the towns. The working class were driven out. I don't recognize any of the valley. I live in the East and glad I got out in 1985. Never wanted to go back.

      What a shame. 😞
Entitled rich people no appreciation for what matters , really do ruin everything.

I live in Napa 50 years ago before it became a tourist trap. I only recognized one building: an old stone building downtown that use to be the Goodman Library, which was the children's library. I worked there for a year and a half.

I always thought that myself. However I really can't see why people come here in the first place. There's really nothing to do at this point Sept eat, drink wine, and look at the scenery. If only it were like the 90s again.

it makes sence now. i was just curiously looking for Napa (ive never been in USA), because of something i read. everything seems fake, and being a "tourist trap" it why.

I lived there for 10 yrs. back in the early 90's when the Wine Train just started up. I still have family there. It looks so different now.
