Maybe that is Dean’s way of remembering his father’s dream of wanting to own an NFL team? He is literally continuing his father’s legacy with the Chargers and the move to LA combined with this new facility is his own mark on the franchise. You all see it as narcissism but maybe he sees it as honoring his family’s legacy that began with his father and that quote is a reminder everyday.

Big shout out to the new empowering Spanos family. They gave Harbaugh total freedom to get best suited GM, coaching team, draftees, and new training facility. I don't think there's another franchise in all of sports that let the head coach pick everybody. And the head coach is anproven winner. A whole new era is happening Now 💯👍

I'm most impressed by the Cafeteria and the Auditorium. People are not shutting up about that Pizza oven. They got the usual hot and cold tub and sauna then hell it's LA why not an outdoor lap pool. Very nice indeed.

I would think yes, although that shower room felt small. My college one was larger and I was at a mid school
