Maybe I'm a pessimist, but I'm genuinely glad that the show didn't use you to make some kind of smear campaign for mermaids. I've seen enough of that with other fans/subcultures.

ooo, I loved the musical half time show! haha. This was great! I started out as an actress and model and even performed in an underwater commercial! But my ultimate dream is to be a mermaid in film and tv! Thanks for sharing!

Try to get an agent who are specialized in special water skills that can sent you job when they have need for it. Agents are the key to at least US screen world so I assume it is the same in Canada. And try to make a good resume with the show photage as the centerpiece.
It was also a good thing that they did not try to hard to make the mermaids "real" with CGI and whatsnots. Now you had the sense that it was humans dressed up as mermaids in the pool rather than real mermaids. Johan.

OMG! That is soooooo cool! BTW try some eye gel, it will blur your vision very slightly on land, but totally help with the chlorine.
