I’m excited for the Lunar New Year and Food and Wine events as these will happen during our next two visits. My wife and I also have a reservation at Carthay Circle for her birthday in February.

The chocosmash bar is back at Pym's!! Looked like a snickers bar at first glance but so much better. Thanks for recommending it, really glad we bought it. It's super rich though. We can only eat a small piece at a time.

I can tell you that the Pym's taco is like a taco salad. The spaghetti dish is great for 2 kids. The canyon bar is huge, but I don't share. 🙄 This is definitely my favorite place to eat. Flo's has reduced their portions A LOT, and the menu changed. Not a real fan anymore. These 2025 blogs just keep making me hungry! Thanks for putting these out.

Pym test kitchen. That is a must on my list of so many places and food to eat. Never had a Num num cookie either. This is why I'm probably doing a 4 or 5 day hopper. Plus the 70th food. I'm in trouble.

Wuuuuuuuut… DCA brought BACK the CSB?!?! I’ve never had it & when I went last year, had to get the cake version instead. And, yeah, it was good. But I’m beyond pumped to potentially finally try the Choco Smash Bar for the first time ever this summer if we’re able to go again!!! 10:13

I have a question for the master 😅 : we are doing 3 days disney and 2 days universal. Our 1st day will be a Saturday. So where should we start as far as keeping away from crowds the best? Universal or Dinsey? It will be last week of February. 🙏Thank you!!!!
@@12345mamabear Might as well do both universal days on the weekend.
You don’t really need two days at Universal. So if the weekend happens to be busier, that’s okay since you have two days.
Monday through Wednesday at Disney will be good. Tuesdays are my favorite day to go. That’s when I do most of my filming to avoid crowds as much as possible.
Great concise and comprehensive guides. But you got your work cut out for you for 2025. Like half the items you showed are out of date and there are several places/items you have yet to try, so I’m looking forward to seeing you cover those. Still, it gives a good idea of what kind of food to expect.
Only Carthay is out of date. And the cappuccino cart. Everything else I showed is currently on the menu at each of these locations.
@ I meant in both this and the Disneyland guide. There were a lot of unavailable items in that one too.
@ That’s fair. Mostly with regards to the table service restaurants, since we don’t eat at those places often.

I think airport tax is worse than theme park tax when it comes to prices of food. 😅 They have you trapped for hours at a time during layovers and can take you for all your worth as a result.
Do you know if any of the coffee or milkshake places sell them with alternative milk?

EDITIED - the Lobster Nachos are only available upstairs at the Lamplight Boardwalk Dinning Lounge. Thanks for letting me know!! You can see them on that specific menu on the app, but no the downstairs menu
They are still upstairs. I’m not sure why they removed them from the menu downstairs. You might still be able to order them. I’d ask just in case.

The prices here seem higher than in the main Disneyland park. It did look great but I don't know if I can spend $13 on a milkshake. Cue Vincent Vega asking if there's any booze in it.
Prices are the same if you compare apples to apples. The Fried Chicken Platter is $19.99 at both Plaza and Flo’s. Churros are $5.50 in both parks.
Spaghetti is $12.49 at Disneyland and $11.49-$12.99 at DCA depending on what you order.
A Cheesburger/Fries entree is $15.99 at both Red Rose and Smokejumpers.
Disneyland doesn’t have milkshakes, so there’s nothing to compare there. They are expensive for sure.

I hated the cosmic cream orb they need to get rid of it! Lol
If they changed it to more of a cookies and cream sort of dessert it might be better than like a cream puff type thing. It’s already go the appearance, just need to tweak the recipe.
@ yes!! I didn’t read the description when I bought it and I actually assumed cookies and cream; I was severely disappointed I threw it away 😂
