He is not disrespecting God. These are questions that I myself always ask God. This is a sinful world and sometimes bad things happen to innocent people. However if they were innocent or did good things to help others, even if they die, when God comes they will be resurrected. The evil people are still here because God wants to give them a chance to repent. He knows that the innocent who have died will be in heaven when he comes again. However, he wants everyone to have a chance to confess their sins and be saved. On the subject of judgement at church, it is so sad that people who claim to be Christians do that. God does not judge, so why should they?
I myself have been discouraged when I would try to seek God at church and people are judgemental towards me. When that happens, I just try to ignore them and I tell myself, " God has a message for me today". After all, it is just like Joyner said, "The devil's work". He uses some of those Christians to discourage you from coming church. It can sometimes even make you leave the denomination or religion altogether. Whenever you fell discouraged, try to ignore them and say to yourself that God has something to say to you. I'm not a saint and I do not intend to offend anyone. I love this song and I just wanted to help people who may feel like how Joyner is feeling in this song.

They will begin to realize what they had done wrong and once they ask God for forgiveness, God would give them a clean slate. I know you may be asking about the victims. Well, if they died in Christ, then rest assured that they will be resurrected when he comes again. The murderer might feel sorry for what he had done. He might even ask the family for forgiveness and God could use him to talk to at risk youth or other criminals. My point is GOD CAN USE ANYBODY. All in all, a good person is not defined by their religion or if they pay their tithes and offerings. A good person is someone who makes Jesus their friend. They talk to him just like a friend and when they mess up, they ask for his forgiveness. After a while, Jesus begins to change them. They begin to notice that it is becoming increasingly difficult to curse or argue or even resent family and friends. The change just happens. Even the people around them may say, "something happened to him/her". Do you want to be a good person? I know I do. It won't be easy because someone will always push your buttons but once God is in you (and you don't have to even know him or be a Christian for him to be in your heart) it will be easy to help others on the side of the street, or ask a stranger if they are okay, or help a homeless person get something to eat. What will be hard is to pass them and not help. Remember: God can use ANYONE. If he used Paul who was a prosecutor of Christians to spread the gospel, he can definitely use you.

I did not mean to offend you but I guess we have different opinions. Firstly, we as humans are not perfect, MJ ,Martin Luther King Jr and even myself, we all have things that we may be dealing with. This is what makes us human. We are not perfect beings and even if we try to do right we will always sin. It is what we do after the sin that counts. Do we stay in our sin or ask God for forgiveness? We do not know the circumstances surrounding those person's final moments. So I can't say whether they were good or bad because only God has the final judgement for them. When I defined good people in my reply, I was talking about those who are living and I wanted to reach out to those who might feel as though they're evil to not make that judgement on themselves. I agree that as humans we have the ability to do good and evil. However, I also believe that those who are kind to others or have mercy and compassion for others, although they may not be believers are good people. This is what I, a teen think is good. Secondly, I do believe in God and I refer good to doing what Jesus did during his earthly ministry. He was kind, compassionate and merciful towards others and I think that people who may not know God but have these same attributes are good people. I refer evil to doing anything that disrespects God or disobey his commands; sin. If someone tied me up and raped my mother in the front of me( God forbid), of course that is evil. In some cases, yes death is an equalizer. For example, if someone who committed a crime is placed on death row, the consequence of their sin would be death. I feel as though everyone has their own definition when it comes to life. My definition of life is the choice between good and evil that I make on a daily basis, the experiences I had in my life whether good or bad, and how they affected me and I affect others. I agree that God is the ultimate good,but to hold people to a standard of God seems pretty high. Afterall, he is holy, he has never sinned once and his presence is so unlike any another that he only allowed Moses to see his back. Humans can never be or do things as God did. I think that is why a lot of young people are leaving the church. To hold someone to our omnipotent and Heavenly Father is extremely judgemental in my opinion because we will always sin and disappoint you if your standards are that high. There are actions of God we could portray as Christians such as his compassion, kindness, forgiveness, compassion and mercy.However, we could never do all that he did. I didn't want to offend you and I thought about how I would reply for a while. I am a teen and I can only give you my opinions on your questions based on my relationship with God. I respect your opinion and as a fellow believer this is mine. If you are an adult, I guess that you would know more about God because you have been here longer, but I am just a teen and these answers are from want I know from my relationship with God. I agree to disagree.
