I have a question. I added items, however, how do customers find the items? I haven't published yet. I made a specific page for my items but im not sure how to add my specific items to that page so my customers can easily find them
is there a way to make an item that can be purchased as a subscription, so that a product may be a recurring purchase?

I did everything you said but when I went to the item page instead of it saying add to cart it says not available
I added a featured product section on my homepage, but haven’t been able to find how to choose my featured products so that they appear on that section.

Under the item, what do the 25, 50, 100, 200 represent?
What about the page. Like STORE and then from there it shows all your products or ability to search for. ?

Hello. Thank you for sharing. I have a Square Online Shop but my issue is when I try to upload any items that are long. Such as, pants, dresses, skirts, etc. The image holder is cutting my images off. Therefore, I am having to use a different company that does not monitor my stock in order to sell those items. Can anyone give me suggestions. I have changed the ratio and it still doesn't help. Because when I change the ratio, something round may look different so I have to revert back. The ratio that i am using is 3:4. I even tried the 2:3.
I had the same problem and i used canvas to create my image using an online image frame it solved the problem
I could really use your help. I noticed you haven't produced a video in quite some time and haven't replied to any comments in 3 months on here. But... I hope can help with an issue I'm having. I have already figured out how to add items to my list as well as a service. The odd part is this. From my 'Featured Items' list section of my home page, I have a service "Knife sharpening" that I've created. Works just fine, up to going to check out. What I'm having an issue with is it not showing up on the "Order Online" page. It's in my list and the box selecting visible is checked, but it still doesn't appear. Suggestions on how to fix this???
Hi have you listed this as a "physical" item or a "service"? If it's a service, this could be why it's not showing on the order page
Mine doesn’t show editing options such as the engrave potato and select and item, it just says “Our store is not Currently accepting orders”
What do I do?
That sounds like a In-Stock issue. Which There Stock options are horrible.
about inventory, how if the item is fulfilled based on order only?

Hi Lakesha, I've had this happen to a client before. Without seeing the backend I probably cannot help, I would contact Square support to see if they can assist you with this on their end.

You have to make available on that particular site. Items aren't normally made available to a particular site.
What if you have a product that comes in an ordet of 6 but you have more than 1 flavors and you'd like your customers to be able to mix them. How can you do that without messing up your stock count?
The stock feature is very basic. I just turned it off. Made my life so much easier after wasting weeks messing with it
I would put the stock number as the amount you have overall and then add click boxes for customers to select how much of each flavor they would like to purchase!

Why is it so difficult to just put items on the actual public square market place, just like every online ecommerce store. I'm baffled by the complexity
