Branding is something I've been having a hard time figuring out for myself. When it comes to content, I love so many different things, that I'm not able to keep a consistent look... But your tips on keeping a consistent font, color grade, etc, are going to help a lot! Thank you! And congratulations on your recent growth, it's more than totally deserved!
I agree, is really hard to start something. It's really hard to me to keep motivated, I mean, I really like photography and videography, I made like seven jobs in three months and clients seems to really like what I do...but then empty comes, days without people asking for services or prices and as an anxious person is really hard for me to stay calm, in my mind is something like "you are doing it terrible", then a job appears and my clients like it and I go home with a big smile. I don't do this just for the money, I do this because I really enjoy doing it. I'd been in photography for 8 years now, but I recently take the courage to make this my job. Cheers from Argentina.

I literally attended a conference about personal branding two days ago and this video is a perfect summary of what I learned, every people should take personal branding seriously !
I'm definitely feeling a bit stuck on this step with my current direction for RUclips. These are some very helpful tips Becki, I love the way your brand is put together. When I see a style I really like, I say "ooo I want to do that...", but that's not being very genuine to what my brand is lol. I'm going to work on starting a mood board of inspiration, to see what similar patterns arise! Have an awesome Monday!!!

You're so correct with this, and unifying my brand is definitely something I need to do. Deeper thought is required across not just my font usage and colour theory but down to the aesthetics and choices within my videos.

I started watching Billy & Pat because I was interested in knowing what people from somewhere other then Buffalo thought of our city, then when watching them I saw you guys and I subscribed to your channel. I am so happy you got screwed up in Canada LOL Buffalo needs people like you two. I was wondering what you think of our city. Are you hockey fans? We are also so close to Toronto if you miss the Canadian city thing... I wish you luck in our city, I am 60 years and have been here since birth, and I have been waiting for Buffalo to do something like they are doing now for 50 years. Again all the luck in the world, but something tells me you are smart enough to make your own luck. : ) P.S. Do you have any recommendations on good "brand designers" (is that the correct term)? I keep thinking this is something I might want to outsource, as I'm not sure I see myself as clearly as I'd like to (even though I feel like I've got the basic skills to tackle the rest of the steps).

Now on my Instagram I am trying to focus on visuals because I ended up thinking that Instagram is a platform born for photography! But I am not promoting my self in the music business as an engineer! 😑 thank you for you advice!
