Agreed! Your quirky bubbly personality really comes out in this one. Very entertaining and informative. I’ve seen the second house before. It’s been on the market for a while. Not sure if the one right next to it has sold yet either. Both were on market for a while. They are both good builds and great location if you want to live in the city but have some space. That being said why do they seem to let houses sit on the market so long in Asheville and refuse to modify price? I see so many of the same houses go off and on the market again but they never do much with price or they take it off and put it back on higher. It’s hard to understand what a fair price is with this kind of stuff constantly going on. I must say though that the shared private road to get to the second house has quite a sharp turn and drop off from the neighborhood road. Great job showing what you get in different neighborhoods though! Those are all cool houses.
Every situation is so different. It’s hard to give a blanket statement here. It depends on sellers motivation and the Asheville market at this time.

Good lord, Asheville is overpriced. I've lived in New York, Colorado, and Washington State and I'm still amazed at asking prices here. It's a beautiful city and region but c'mon. Unless you're bringing your own high income job from elsewhere, it's simply unaffordable. 😠
Lots of people are coming who are retired as well. It’s also easy to get right out of Buncombe co in a surrounding area to experience a little cost ease, and I hear you..
It’s not a primary bedroom. It’s a master bedroom. The second someone said that to me, I’d get a new realtor.
