Thank you for the demonstration. We hope you are enjoying our virtual organ. Do come and try the real thing when you are in the area.

    Excellent video!
I wish this had been available when I was wondering whether or not I wanted to get this set or perhaps one of the two available Willis sets. It would have sped up my decision for this lovely sample set for sure 😀

It seems that the video "Inside the organ 005" has not yet been published. Is that so, as I cannot find it anywhere.
I would be quite interested to see your approach to Audio Configurations in Hauptwerk v5.
    Thanks

Excellent demonstration of this sample set! I am waiting for the updated set to come out and plan on using it in my church. This organ seems to do everything and is great for accompanying with 3 enclosed divisions. Who built your console?

Just to be sure: the samples were all recorded while the organ was still pitched at A=451 ? And they have not been doctored, so the virtual organ is still at 451 while the real one is now at 440 ? And if that's right, how come the virtual organ includes the tuba mirabilis that was never present at A=451 ?

      George Battrick
The Organ was completely sampled before the re-pitching to provide an historic record, including dry samples recorded from next to each pipe. Following the work by Harrisons the 3 new ranks and one extension were sampled. Some other ranks were re-sampled. The Hauptwerk software is able to set the temperament and pitch as required, so not a problem to play the old samples at concert pitch, or the new samples at Old Philharmonic pitch.

@@stephennortonorganist8808 Wow. And while I have previously heard of a "dry" acoustic, it's only in this context that I've come across "wet" to mean that the room characteristics are included. Cute.

Lasted 3 minutes then was falling asleep. BORING!
