    Thank you for the advice. I'm just months working as SOC analyst and my dream job is be Ethical hacker. someone said it will take years and years to land on a pantester role and I should look for another job instead but I am not stopping.

    If you are paying CPTS > OSCP. If your company is paying get OSCP, pay for CPTS yourself. PNPT i have it, not impressed by the exam tbh, the course was good though.

      Man that's a good question. I can't really explain it in a RUclips comment, but I'll address this in a future video. Thanks for the video idea. Stay tuned!

    Does Pen Testing also include like physical pen Testing as well?? What I mean by that though is something breaking in to places for security checks

    • @KyserClark
      @KyserClark  3 дня назад +2

      Good question! This video doesn't cover Physical Pentesting. I don't have much exposure to physical pentesting, but I think checking out Red Team Alliance Training and Certifications are a good start!

    Got my A+ Net+ and almost done with the CPTS path and going to focus more on web and go through ports swigger and CBBH and makes the BSCP my future cert . What do you think about it Kyser?

    • @KyserClark
      @KyserClark  День назад +1

      Sounds like a solid plan! I didn't mention BSCP in the video, but it's a cert worth looking at. Good luck and let me know how it turns out!

    Can you please include other certs like - CRTO, CRTL, CRTP, CRTE, CRTM?

    • @KyserClark
      @KyserClark  День назад

      This is why i mentioned that there are over 400 certs, I can't put all certs into the video, plus these would be in the Advanced certifications category and these are certs you would get after becoming a pentester imo. Thanks for mentioning them, they are absolutely valid certs you can get!

    Are pretty much all USA pentester jobs remote?

    • @KyserClark
      @KyserClark  3 дня назад +2

      Good question. No, I'd say most are in person or Hybrid. A good portion require security clearance and must be done in person.
