    This has been said and talked about extensively by the industry, a rebranding if anything will just hurt the product even more, but thats what happens when the marketing department runs the company. The issue with advanced certifications from comptia is that it only require you to pick an answer. There is no lab, no complex tasks, and no extensive chain of thoughts required to pass their certifications. So they do request a lot of memorization, and thats it

      If you're interested in getting into cybersecurity, here are some steps to help you get started: 1. Learn English 2. Choose Your Direction. Cybersecurity is a broad field, so take some time to explore the different areas: penetration testing, network security, incident response, reverse engineering, etc. Decide what interests you the most. Then learning this direction.

    Just get the sec+ and net+ and A+ I would rather hire someone with work experience and those certs then some securityX and have nothing else. Comptia branding is such a joke at this point.
