That would not have even been a home run at old ex stadiums, like Shea!! 410 ft to center field & 396 feet to left & right center field. PLUS THE 1969 MIRACLE METS DID NOT USE BATTING GLOVES (that give you more POWER to hit , like mechanics gloves which give u more power to turn a wrench! PLUS MOST OF THE METS(EXCEPT THE PITCHERS) had to WORK in the off season!!
