@@reichen609 from what I know, 1998 was the year that all those years of singing & working without rest was starting to have a toll on her voice. Her voice was extremely tired and started becoming more raspier. So its not that bizarre she was lipping here because she was trying to rest her voice as much as she could, while also touring.
