I have an iMac (M1…..in teal color) which is just fabulous. Now, with iPhone mirroring, it makes everything available from the iPhone right on my desktop. Thanks Apple!!!.
There are many channels on RUclips dedicated to this type of content, but none are as good as this one, always explaining everything as it should be and easy to understand.
For example, it simplified many things for me, so much so that when I had to use an office from BNH Software, activating it became very easy for me thanks to the knowledge acquired.
@@BrandonButch Hey Brandon, could you try assigning a keyboard shortcut to writing tools and see if that works. I've tried already but it doesn't seem to work. Even found an article on Quora where others are experiencing this issue. Writing tools is a great feature but it should work using a keyboard shortcut. Thanks!
Fantastic update indeed, iPhone Mirroring is certainly the highlight and the best feature to come out to the Mac since Universal Control back in Monterey, always love these kind of features that flex the power of the ecosystem.
After many many years this is one of the iconic mac os updates I've seen so far. Those minimal changes are a big deal for mac users since they are very useful in day-to-day life. Awesome video. I sat with MacBook today and went through most of the features. The video player and read modes were new for me, also liking the windows tiling thing is cool.
I've wanted the iPhone mirroring for years. Every once in a while, I would look for an app that could do it. I never found a good one I really liked. So excited for that one.

I like to occasionally keep up with the software updates since sometimes very interesting and useful features are published, and this is the only channel I follow for that! great work
Awesome update! There's so much I love here. I'm a little bummed that they don't let you type in commands to the Apple Intelligence, and instead simply limit you to some pretty boring text editing options. Hopefully they fix that with future updates. It would be great to be able to collaborate with Apple Intelligence in your writing.

hi @BrandonButch are there any bugs i should worry about? or should i wait for the next version? on the forums many people complain about wifi and iphone mirorring not working
Hi! Is iPhone mirroring available in Spain/Europe? Because it doesn't seem to launch on my 2018 MacBook Pro aswell as the iPhone notifications on the laptop etc... or may ithave to do with the compatibility of the devices with the new Os? Thanks! Also i can't access type to siri etc.
Wow Love this, can’t wait for apple intelligence to come out. Regardless iPhone mirroring is absolutely incredible, I have to say MacOS this year is definitely one of the best macOS updates in my opinion!-Love your content Brandon-Keep up the amazing content!
I’m still waiting for pop up button/checkbox/radio button animations to come back, menu animations to be added, and show date when space allows to be fixed. That only worked in macOS 12, which just ended support.

I love the iPhone Mirroring update! It feels like macOS department this year is the winner among all! Some of the updates are pretty cool. I really wish apple improved their maps and covers more areas for biking routes because I am starting to hate google maps after so many absurd updates
I upgraded by mac to 15 Sequoia however, it does not have the Apple Intelligence & Siri. May know what may have caused that issue? I have a m1 mac pro.
I recently got the m1 air and have been loving it! I'm still discovering all it's features but this new update looks like it'll make me love it even more
Great video. Not sure if you get to it (I'm about half way through, but I just wanted to say they've added a TON of features that they're not labeling as accessibility features, but they are to the books app. Ironically no vertical scrolling still but you can now set it to one column without having to be super zoomed in on the Mac, and you can change your line spacing your character spacing your word spacing etc. This is HUGE for people with dyslexia. I actually sent in feedback about this so it makes me really happy!) I aso suspect that they've added these descriptions to the OS settings because of how often people who are bored and don't know what they're doing end up in settings (especially accessibility) that end up turning things at which point they make it so that they now can't use their computer or phone the way they used to. I think they're probably also hoping they can cut down on the number of delusional people who think they've been hacked because something on their phone confuses them. Really what I'd love to see is particularly for accessibility, but also for other features, it'd be great if rather than a learn more link to a text doc which the people who really need to read never will they just included a button to open a video player that would explain how that feature works or what this stuff in settings does. Particularly I'd love one in accessibility that said, "VoiceOver is intended for people who are blind" (or experiencing blindness, whatever the current respectful way of saying it would be. I know there's various schools of thought on phrasing.) But there really should be a specific warning that says these features were designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities. So while you're free to enable them you may want to double check what they do before you turn them on lest you make it so you don't know how to use your phone anymore.
If I accidentally told Password app "Not now" when it asked about Chrome extensions, how would I get that back please? I love this whole video, great pace, informative and easy to follow. I love the new tiles feature. So clean!
