The Werner Werman fight just feels re-worked rather then having any secret phases
In the time stamps, it’s labeled as an “unused” phase.

Funny enough, Werner moving back and fourth across the screen is actually used, but can only be seen when on the ‘Simple’ difficulty
No the Werman part was that he throw rockets (unused) and he throws his bombs way faster (slowed down)

Yeah, they practically added it to the game for the dlc but just with different textures. Really cool phase
The little slimes added to Goopy's last phase actually make it feel like a properly escalated challenge, as it is his last phase is oddly the easiest one. I mean, it's not THAT odd, given that he's dead by that point, but. It also makes sense that they'd appear since the big Goopy gets smashed into tiny drops just before they show up. So strange that they got removed.

2:50 Green Man was replaced with the Bug Lady from Moonshine Mob in Cuphead DLC. She has an old record player and she tip toe dances. You have to dodge her sound waves when it turns red.
The Bug Lady’s name is “The Light Bug”, implying that she is a firefly.

The criminal bug level looks like the template of that pachinko secret level.
And the green laser thing was revived in that boss too (the gramophone in phase 2)

The phase two of that fight (the moonshine mob) brought back the "light" boss
I was glad to see the rotating laser used in that fight. Then I was killed by it many times and was... much less glad that it was used lol.

Damn if Werner was like that he would be one of the hardest bosses in the game. Kind of a bummer he's my fav boss (excluding the dlc) for him to be very easy, and the point that he is a world 3 boss. I feel like only his second phase is hard so seeing this would make him super hard

I like how they used the unused spider magician and the one green top hat guy with all the blue lines, combined them, and then made the mob boss level in the dlc

Light green man “simple mode” seems a LOT like the gramophone in moonshine mob, both create 6 harmless waves, 3 of them glow yellow, then turn red, where damage comes, the floating heads seem kinda like the dancer woman, neat.

The Werner Werman fight should have been the actual fight, Werner seems like a world 1 boss in the actual game, this makes him feel like a world 3 boss

There is a secret phase in one of the Delicious Last Course bosses. In Doggone Dogfight you gonna "wound" the jetpack of each pup without to the point where they puff out black smoke, all without accidently taking any of the pups out.
It is... painful to attempt, but worth seeing the difference with the third phase.
pachinko is so unrecognized because not many people discover their boss fight

@@ZIMOU2014 well I had used Super Expert as just a description, since the mechanics seen in those fights just feel as though they were modded in, and not an unused feature in the base game
the green man's attacks are pretty similar to 2nd phase of moonshine mob , i think the devs made use of the green mans attacks

That's so cool, you can actually see how the game was originally going to be way harder than what we got, which is a shame, since the game isn't really too difficult
Except Djimmi and Sally’s I think weren’t rejected phases but rather just lost concepts.

I still stand by my statement though, regular game's pretty easy overall, so much in fact I decided to replay the game and 300% without buying or using any upgrades, peashooter only.
Regular game was a breeze, though some professional bosses were a pain, the dlc ones were kinda tough too, specially bc I banned miss chalice
Funny how they added some of these unused attacks and bosses but made them better
Werner Werman would have been a significantly more fun boss if he got the changes in this video
I love how he used mods to get the bothersome blueberries from forrest follies into goopy la grande's final phase

Gotta be honest I wished Werner had the rockets because it makes stage 2 make more sense because he was about to attack but his rocket malfunctioned instead of using a rocket randomly
Fun fact; anyone inside of the game actually calls the “pachi-pachi” “pachinko” and is well known in the casino for being shy but hardworking!

Well at least I haven’t made my deal yet to become a part of their world, because that’d be incredible considering all of the magic I’ve picked up since my first finding of them. In fact, I’ve even discovered my true identity(which just so happens to be this right here username of mine taken literally, no joke! I am reduced to a soul, but at least I won’t be playing any tricks once I do appear in the inkwell isles eventually)!
