Happy New Year. The lines are tight and I was using 40lb fluoro for the lead. I lost two hooks because of blue fish just bit the line. The others I caught, the line was starting to shred a little because of their teeth. :-)
Thank you! I know you have to bleed them but I was not going to just cook them but smoke them. I guess you can make the case for still bleeding them if you are going to smoke them but they turned out great. I marinaded them for about 4-6 hours and them put them in the smoker and they were really good.

Before you put them in the cooler you must bleed them. Well done.
