Great tutorial, very well said. Gotta incorporate those variations to put more fish in the cooler, and staggering is a must do. I fished the last of the incoming tide that day, caught pomps but surprisingly no whiting. Jerry dug me some sand fleas when he walked by, but everything I landed was on the conch scrap, the bite was slow but nothing on the fleas. Great way to start the season on the first day out there. Biggest bonnet head I've ever seen was caught just south of me... Little JoJo's going to be a force to be reckoned with !!✌🏼
Nice surf fishing session and the advice portion at the end was spot on. I know the fish catching content is better for views but the professional advice is invaluable for the newbies looking to get into fishing and it says a lot that you include it
Hey Joey, I just bought the Sea Doo fish pro 2021 from Route 1 Motorsport that you used on some of your fishing videos… They told me about your channel… it is so funny I was looking at some of fishing Jetski videos before I bought it and I watched one of your videos that you caught the big kingfish that you had to use the gun. Then when he told me about your channel I laughed because I already watch your channel before I know that I will be buying the same Jetski you used . If you ever come to Jacksonville, will be happy to take you fishing 🎣 Great videos and tutorials
i liv e a couple miles south of you im pretty sure but all we were catching yesterday were little palometas, hopefully i have as much luck as you tommorow
Great video joey! Been waiting for this one. And man i like that cart, looks like my custom camaro!! Thanks for sharing. Gonna do some pompano fishing this season. Staying away from the inlet. Lol.
Great vid as always!! But I have one question. How do you know where on the beach is the best place to fish pomps? What do you look for or do you just randomly set up on a place that looks or seems fishy? I'm down south and I know pompano fishing is far better up north than it is down here..usually our best fishing comes during the spring run..clean water is a no go down here..we need that nice greenish/white tint to the water ..I know areas are different..thanks for any input
I tried fishbites and have never caught anything on them. Tried top to bottom hooks and even mixed with shrimp, sand fleas and ghosts shrimp. I guess its me somehow 😂

I catch a lot of whiting, and pomps, 6 foot from the shore.
So definitely staggering helps a lot.
Your kid hooked you up this year with a cool hand me down backpack! I miss the pink one…
Great video Joey!
Thanks for sharing!!!

Great video . The main question I have is, what size and style hook works best for pompano and whiting?
Hook’d Aluminum Fabrication...Nice cart but no link? Where to buy?
