One of my favorite parts about Marko is he’s never the kinda guy to edit out a part just because he “messed up” and includes it as a part of the process
Congratulations on the little one who's soon going to be joining your family. Great call on moving home and not being frustrated by external noises. The studio looks great, and I know it's still a work in progress, just get everything out of there that is non-essential to give you max space. As for your porsche, they are getting highly collectable, so ensure you keep it under a car cover if you are going to leave it outside. Awesome sink, that is honestly one of the coolest sinks I have ever seen.

I had to get rid of my studio several years ago to make room for my second child’s bedroom. I’ve been planning on converting my back sunroom and part of the backend of my garage into a big studio and multimedia space. Now I’m actually motivated. Your space looks amazing and functional. Love it.

When it comes to my decision making process I am very much like Marko. I constantly shuffle from one flourish of inspiration to another one, constantly changing my mind, undermining myself and constantly struggling for perfection. For years people thought I was a procrastinator and a perfectionist, and maybe they were a little right. I have always been like that, higher functioning, questioning everything and constantly seeking answers, jumping from one idea to another. So much so that often it was crippling. Turns out I have ADHD. My brain doesn’t have an off switch, no matter how tired I am or what I am doing. I know how indecisive ADHD can make you. Sometimes I have to just do something and walk away from it. No matter how much I want to change it. It’s the only way I can keep myself sane.
That work area is so clean. Love the customizations. You killed it, man. I may have to steal your wood wall idea. That was so fire!!
I was a young mom, I had my son at 19. It definitely comes with challenges and mixed emotions being a parent so young. Now that I’m 34 im mentally ready but too scared to have my second so far apart. I hope Marko is happy that he will become a dad so young. Wish you all the best!

I plan to retire at the end of 2025 at 62 after 36 years in Telecom as a sales engineer. My wife will retire in May 2026 and she's loving life! But walking away from a good income stream and building the nest egg to living from the nest egg is a scary proposition couple with the alarming recession and CPI report
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I'd suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
My advice: for newbies to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, I've learned this from my own experience

There’s only one problem with that sink - I would get so distracted by it that I would forget about whatever I had to do and just play with it (leaving whatever needed filled, rinsed or dumped just sitting there while I was playing)!! Seriously, though, the commercial sink makers should take note and do something like this!!!!! Love it!!!

I think the new studio looks great! The whole time I was thinking it was a bad idea for you to make your own sink and thought it would be really impractical with all the different decsending layers. But it was so awsome in the end! So cool it changes colour with the heat. I want one! Oh and congratulations!
