The Queens Room | Astoria Storefronts with Tiffany Caban and Jessica González-Rojas

The Astoria Storefronts project, sponsored by the QEDC, promotes Astoria's Small Businesses in a variety of ways.
In this video, we partnered with the offices of Tiffany Caban and Jessica González-Rojas to film them as they visited some of their favorite places in Astoria.
AFFStudio is AFF's video production and social media management department where students work with us to host, film, and edit promotional videos and other social content.
This series supports local stores, thanks to funding from the Queens Economic Development Corporation, New York City Department of Small Business Services, and Central Astoria LDC
Astoria Film Festival in Astoria NY is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that features short films and web series from around the world in an annual Film Festival and Youth Film Festival. We also run neighborhood youth film education, internships, and a Film Fellows programs around NYC, and hold Media Career Fairs to introduce youth to various industry professionals and career paths. In our Workshops, we guide participants as they create short films as a class. Our RUclips programming includes our workshop films, our events, interviews with our filmmakers, productions created by our interns and fellows, and interviews with media professionals.
