Most Ghanaian real estate developers target Ghanaians in the diaspora, because the average Ghanaian civil servant can't afford these homes. However the average Ghanaian living abroad have good taste and may not want to live in these neighborhoods. Unpaved roads and filthy neighborhoods. The cost of these homes is weighed down by the neighborhood. Quality home in a bad neighborhood

Everything dollars , everything dollars, you have devalue our currency then you blame everything on government. Go to Europe and do business in another foreign currency and see if you will succeed.
