I was diagnosed with Stage 2B breast cancer last month. I underwent my first round of chemo earlier this month. I decided to call cap and have not lost my hair. I did however cut it down considerably prior to the chemo. I want to thank you for your videos. They have been very uplifting. It's good to see a face like mine overcoming what I'm about to go through. God bless you and your family
Hi Toni! Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Cancer is awful!! But I'm glad you were diagnosed at Stage 2 and I know you will get the VICTORY in the end! I really hope the cold caps work for you. My hair didn't start coming out until after treatment #3 or 4. But I think it just wasn't the best for my thick hair. Good luck to you through your entire process!❤️
@@maplejubilee Your channel is amazing! God bless you and your family. Thank you for showing us your journey and encouraging us to keep pressing forward.
Glad for you girl! I'm also a firm believer about speaking things into existence so just be mindful of your language. You are cancer free girl! Your cancer is not in remission, breast cancer remission is for stage 4 metastatic patients who through treatment of their stage 4 cancer have cause it to stop spreading and to stay inactive...hence remission. Baby girl your cancer was taken out before it was able to speard...you are cancer free and totally a survivor!
Hey!! I am so happy for you. Yay!! I too go to TN oncology, but not in Nashville. :) I watched you ringing your last chemo bell and I cried sweet tears for you and for myself in anticipation of ringing that bell. I was diagnosed with triple negative, Invasive ductal carcinoma stage 1 at the age of 27 about a month ago. I have gone through two rounds of chemo already. I love your videos and I’m so happy for you! God is good!
Hello fellow breast cancer survivor!!! Already claiming your victory! Thank you for cheering with me and for your support. How many rounds do you have left? And yes God is sooo Good!
It was either because my hair was too thick OR because the cap didn't fit ALL the way down on my scalp. Like it needs to be completely touching your scalp at all times.

Marsha Eileen How often were your cycles? Mine are every 3 weeks. I had my second round yesterday.
Mine were once a week, every week. And I did a total of 12 weeks in a row.
Hey Toni. Just wanted to check in to see how you are doing. Hope you are kicking cancer's butt!!!

Why didn't the cooling cap work? 😟I just bought one. I am so happy for you girl!

Marsha Eileen it didn't work for me either. The third treatment blew my hair out. I think it would 've went faster without cold capping though
Dang!!! I really hate that. Well one bright side is that your hair does grow back fast after chemo. How much longer do you have?
Marsha Eileen I'm done with chemo. I had three rounds.
The cold cap
Ur vey sweet ,bubbly n cute
you are beautiful
