- The Supreme Court will not hear a challenge brought by MyPillow CEO against Dominion Voting Systems as part of the voting machine company’s defamation suit against him, the court announced Monday, helping to ensure the case against him moves forward after an appeals court already ruled against him. Lindell has been one of the most prominent purveyors of claims that voting machines fraudulently “flipped” votes in the 2020 election from former President Donald Trump to President Joe Biden, a claim for which there is no evidence to support.

You know what's great? Even though his countersuit got dismissed (and he failed to permanently alter all of civil procedure) *THIS CASE IS STILL GOING TO DISCOVERY!*
Lindell needs support to fight this. Dominion has connections and very deep pockets. The more they can get their opposition to give up without a fight, the more it plays to public perception of their legitimacy and makes it likely the corruption will continue. If one party takes a stand then the evidence agaist Dominion, which gas never had the opportunity to be sufficiently presented and explained, will become part of the public frecord and the depth and scale of the corruption will be exposed. This could bring a lot of people down. Theyre going to make it as difficult as possible.

Saying voter fraud has not happened is not proven , but plenty of evidence that there was. Prove there wasn’t any voter fraud, have yet to see that proof
But that's not what he's claiming. There's always some fraud, but it is statistically insignificant. Lindell is claiming "massive" voter fraud such that the presidential election was stolen.
Not a scintilla of evidence backing any of Lindell's delusions or Trump's lies.
There will always be some vote fraud and in fact numerous Republicans have been charged with it regarding the 2020 election.

As stated before, the burden of proof is on the ones claiming widespread voter fraud occured. And no one is claiming that absolutely no fraud happened, just that there has been put forward no evidence that is even suggestive of fraud on a level capable of changing the outcome of a national vote.
