Any evidence iin the dominion machines would have been wiped clean by now. I honestly believe the ONLY way it will ever be uncovered is if someone with a conscience or who needs a good plea deal for criminal act comes forward with an undeniable paper trail of emails discussing what was going to be done to the dominion machines to enable the left to steal the election. It will have to be a solid trail of emails among top democrats laying out the plans. Providing there even is such a thing. I’m sure that as all been erased also. The dems are very clever at cheating, fraud, lying, etc. and covering up their illegal acts.
Audits are done when evidence of fraud is present, not to satisfy the wishes of people who dislike the entity to be audited or disprove endlessly repeated conspiracy theories that are unsupported by evidence. There is no evidence that Dominion altered the vote totals. In fact, all evidence indicates the totals were correct. The hand count of the paper ballots in Georgia (done with eyes, not machines) matched the machine count. So to believe that Dominion changed the vote count in Georgia, you would also have to believe that the paper ballots themselves also magically changed between the machine count and the hand count to perfectly match the machines.

Mr. Lindell and his lawyers are facing an extremely effective, top-shelf law firm in this lawsuit. These lawyers are professionals who handle big money, high profile cases. They don't sue unless they're confident in their case and that they have an damn good chance of winning. I suspect that Mr. Lindell is going to have a rude awakening when he gets in court with these guys.
+1. I particularly liked the Dominion counsel's comment, when asked if the huge disclaimer that OAN posted in advance of Lindell's "proof" video was sufficient to avoid the news outlet being sued; they said "No, but it was a nice try".

In order to file a lawsuit, the plaintiff must submit their entire argument and evidence in detail to the judge, meaning the judge saw it all in every single case. In addition, many of those failed lawsuit cases had the opportunity to present their argument and evidence. For example, Giuliani presented his entire case and evidence in his PA lawsuit. (Remember the woman who testified and was so ridiculous that SNL spoofed her? That was testimony giving evidence in open court - which you're saying never happened.) Also, Sydney Powell presented her entire argument in the first day of her Arizona lawsuit trial, and spent the two following days presenting witnesses who gave their full testimony to the court. This argument that no court ever looked at evidence is purely fictional. Do your research and look it up.

Wouldn't that open them up to a "motion for discovery" to prove that he's wrong? If Mike says, "prove you didn't do this", they'd have to produce all machines and documents. Which we already know they can't ...and wouldn't.

I would think the Lindell critics saying what he has is not true, would grab the $5million he put up if you can prove its not. As of 8-9-21 his offer still stands.
The problem with the wording of his offer is it's nearly impossible to prove a negative. Even if somehow you proved him wrong, all he'd have to do is say, "that's not proof".

No allegations have ever been heard in court as the court used administrative reasons to dismiss the cases. With one court saying that they should of sued prior to the fraud happening
Inaccurate. The crap they put into court filings was insufficient to get to the evidentiary phase in most cases. Yet several courts did let all evidence in and dismissed on the merits.
