I am actually surprised to hear that he's beaten addiction as he still possesses a lot of the qualities of someone with chemical dependency - domineering, paranoid, refusal to admit fault, etc. This character is probably familiar to anyone who has had an addict or someone with a severe personality disorder in their lives. From listening to them, its amazing how little they know about our justice system. Apparently they think that "having their day in court" is like Scooby do. All they have to do is say "hey, I think theres something fishy, I want a trial" and then there is an investigation. No, thats not how any of that works. You gather evidence and do investigation first, then present it to a court. The court doesnt find proof, thats on the acusors. (And man, if youre alleging that the election was rigged youd think they'd have more than hearsay) so they go to the court thinking that accusations will get them a trial, and are surprised that the judge says "you need proof to have a trial"... No duh.

Raw hex very much is hard to read. Pretty clear you've never worked in security if you think it's just tedious. Without tools to help us read raw hex dumps, it would be incredibly difficult and time consuming to parse when you don't even know what the stream contains. How are you even supposed to find headers in a random stream like that? Assuming you even find the header, how easy do you think it will be to determine what the data is? There are literally thousands of different possible headers describing what it could be. Is it a pcap with network traffic? Is it a pk file containing screenshots? Is it a straight mem dump? Is it an arbitrary binary? Thousands of possibilities are way too much to go through without a tool
