1:22 In fact, the image editor in Samsung Gallery has the "AUTO" option located in the right corner, which automatically corrects the image's skew. This function is activated only when the image is identified as misaligned.

12:42 Samsung also has the "Depth" control in Portrait Background Blur effect edit. As a background info: Samsung had the first version of this latest since Galaxy S5! If you took a shot in Selective Focus (their portrait mode at that time) , the Gallery app allowed you to change the fokus point, or to fokus on background and foreground at the same time.

Please mention when some feature is paid like creative styles in collage, remove blur, object eraser all need Google one paid subscription. As many people's buying decision is influenced by these videos.
Anyways Great video idea. U can also do it for browser dialer files app etc.

Can you make google photos the default gallery on Samsung phones in 2023 or are you forced to use Samsung gallery?

A few comments to make here:
Google photos has extra features available with Google One
There were lots of features in Samsung Gallery that weren't mentioned in this review
The iPhone's manual adjustments are very nice and work much better than either other option, especially when editing lighting and color.

It should also be noted that Photo Unblur is only available on the Pixel 7 and Magic Eraser is only available on the Pixels 6, 7, or pay for Google One, so I think these two features should not be considered part of Google Photos, since users of Pixels before 6 and all other phones are unable to use these features.
