going to pick the up, thanks for the great review. Another European (scented moments) reviewer bought my attention to this brand. Definitely have to check out more. I know you reviewed the rasasi but get your nose on Montale red vetiver for a beast mode TDH.
I was just at Sephora in Portugal where I was having a whiff of at least 10 different Loewe colognes. The "problem" became, they all smell amazing in their own right. Now, I need to narrow it down based on my interests. All of the scents I smelled came across very natural! I can see why royalty was interested in these. I can tell it's quality!
I just bought this, thanks in part to your review. It smells as you describe it, which is what I was looking for. After a couple of hours it reminds me of a fresh version of the original Anteus, from the 80s, which is a nice surprise. ¡Un saludo!
Interesting comparison... I do detect what you mean with regards to the Antaeus similarity - I think it's the incense. The original Loewe ''7'' features an even heavier dose of incense and also includes a bit of rose - more similar to Antaeus in my opinion. Buen finde - que no vuelva a llover! Un saludo.
Awesome video! youve single-handedly sold this to me with a youtube review vid lol. going to Barcelona this autumn, guess ill pick up a bottle while buying a bag for my wife ;) btw, would love to have a couple of recommendations from you for office-friendly EDTs for men (around 30 y/o) as you are really down-to-earth with preferences close to mine. cheers from japan!

Just what I have been looking for, thanks. I loved Bleu until they changed the recipe. I then used ADG Profondo for a year or so but they also seem to have changed the recipe - at least it doesn’t smell the same to me any more. I will try this one. Cheers from Spain.
Absolutely!!! I love the combination of the pepper and smoky incense. There is actually a review of this fragrance on my channel - one of my earlier reviews. If you enjoy smoky and mysterious incense, I recommend trying Santal des Indes by Amouroud.
Thanks. I live near a mountain in southern Spain and at this hour my upload speed f***in sucks. I think the quality will balance out within a few hours
Watched this while I wait for my sample to arrive. Hated the og 7 (too much incense), liked Anonimo but it did not perform on me. Loved Solo EDT but not enough power for me either. Maybe this will be the one I get a bottle of! Superb review by the way.
To me, ambroxan itself smells different depending on what other ingredients it's mixed with. The ambroxan in Sauvage for example smells different to me than the ambroxan in Dylan Blue. The subjectivity of scent is exciting to me
@@22fdominguez I'm gonna suggest Bleu Noir EDP just by virtue of its uniqueness. Almizclada, fresca, amaderada y con un toque de vetiver. Nice Video! Just got back from Madrid and smelled a few men wearing something and i was too shy to ask. It’s got a clean mediterranean, mineral, sort of fresh but doesn’t go into strictly freshie vibe. It’s projects there an herbal modern not dated yet classic vibe to it. An everyday scent sort of a rich guy feel. I’m on the hunt can you help me find this, I know a shot in the dark but since you live in Spain hoping you can help. Just ordered cobalt 7, agua Fresca Vetiver and citro cedro. I have to find this scent and will do what it takes. It’s sort of an intoxicating smell. Not spicy dark or warm. It’s clean and fresh while smelling very interesting. Please help me with some suggestions. Cheers!
Awesome city, Madrid. Lucky to call the place home. I have a feeling I know exactly the fragrance you're referring to - or rather, I can narrow it down to 2 possibilities. Does it smell kind of like a mix of Aventus, Bleu de Chanel and Sauvage, with added woods and some aromatics? Might even have some resinous incensy tinges? It's either Boreal Shine for Him or Boreal Blue Shine by the Spanish grocery store chain Mercadona. The two aren't hugely different - both are similar to a mix of the three fragrances above, with some minute differences between the two. Absolutely ubiquitous all over Spain. Costs about 13€/100ml in the mentioned grocery store. Que disfrutes de las nuevas adquisiciones esas !
You’re kidding me?!? lol. I’m thinking ok this has to be some higher end designer like loewe or carner or maybe this is something more inexpensive but unique to Spain like Adolfo Dominguez but you’re saying this smell might be coming from a grocery store chain. Aye dios mío ! lol. Ok now I have to find a way to get these said chain store colognes in the US where I’m located. Now that may be a task. Haha. Thanks again and I’ll stay tuned for more of your videos.

Bleu EDT is phenomenal and in my opinion best of that line. Honestly, I do detect differences between 7 Cobalt y Bleu, but some people wouldn't. I own both; they achieve the same goals but I wear each for different occasions. It's really up to you.
I own both (BDC EDT and Loewe 7 Cobalt) - it is not redundant to own both. Loewe performs better, it is more fruity and the incense note is stronger. BDC Edt is fresher and here the mint dominates the opening and it dries down to a more woody smell rather than incense. I think both fragrances are similar, Loewe even more masculine in my opinion, slightly less versatile, more elegant. BDC is fresher, more for office and daily wearing.
