Nice video. A round 2 would be a must as I was expecting many fragrances that where absent from this video. Bring back the champion against ADG Profundo, Prada luna rosa carbon, Azzaro Chrome Extreme, Coach for men, Office for men, Rochas L'homme, Elysium and another flavor of Bleu de channel and Sauvage.
For me BDC EDP, regardless of the season, still gets complements and lasts 6-7 hours. I have many other fragrances but BDC EDP reigns supreme.
bdc edp and bdc parfum are both the best blue fragances EVER created imo, they are the perfect mens fragance, and the most versatile… they got the freshness, the little sweetness, the mass appeal, the wow factor, the darkness ( incense note ) etc they check all the boxes unlike any other blue fragance out there, i like the Ysl Y line but it can come off as very sweet, and the sauvage line can come off as very spicy, Bleu de chanel edp and parfum are the perfect balance of everything a versatile mens fragance can do and it makes it perfectly.
I really like BDC edp, more so than the parfum, to me it has a little better balance between the notes. I love Y edp also but it is a little more aggressive and forward. For me, a little less versatile. I also like Ralph's Club quite a bit but it definitely leans to a more oriental blue. It shines when the sun goes down!
@@mytmousemalibu I like the Parfum too but the projection of the EDP I appreciate more. One spray on both sides of my neck and shoulders is all I need in these 90 degree summer days.
@@Shreadington I agree, it does seem to last a little bit longer on me too.
Im trying a bunch of decants right now. This heat is putting them to the test. This morning it was Mancera Wind Wood. Two sprays on my lower neck line/shirt. Like most Mancera's, it came out swinging, pretty strong projection but 2-3hrs in it had really faded. But I don't think anything is getting a fair chance in this heat.
Do you think looking like a dorito in a vest has anything to do with the compliments
Not surprised that K EDP did so well. It's quite a unique blue fragrance, and stands out against the others.

You should have your wife do the exact same lineup for you blindfolded I'm sure you will pick most if not all of them by name but that would be interesting to see what you prefer on a blind test

Well, I am so glad I recently bought dolce gabbana k edp, such an underrated scent, might not be the best compliment getter, but you just enjoy it inside your personal bubble so much

Bdc Parfum & Sauvage EDP & Ysl Y EDP are the blues in my collection that I prefer the most in this category

I feel like a better format for these types videos would be a tournament style bracket where the winner of a matchup moves forward in the bracket and later faces the winners of other pairings until only two remain for the championship. The way you did it it would be unlikely that the first scent could make it to the end even if objectively it was the best scent as it would quickly become familiar and human nature is to be excited by new experiences over familiar.
Legend is underrated. Sweet tropical aquatic with a blue tinge. It makes my top 15-20 warmer weather frags
Ash, I really think you should try out Narciso Rodriguez bleu noir edt. Really awesome under-the-radar blue fragrance
It's a decent frag, but overall generic fresh smelling with average performance, but nothing to write home about tbh, but not a bad frag

As a take on you being blindfolded, Ash... how about doing that for Tobacco fragrances?
UK FAN Here.. it’s 36 degrees.. and I learnt about fragrance today. I’d argue my bottle of D&G light blue forever.. isn’t suitable for normal uk. It normally smells nice. But in this extreme heat.. it’s absolutely SPARKLING.. the grapefruit is outstanding Projection is higher, the smell and cooling feel is amazing. Makes me kind of sad.. in a couple of days it’ll just be excellent again

I really wish K by D&G came in a Parfum. The EDP is phenomenal but does not perform well in higher temperatures once sweat gets mixed in.
Just apply on your clothes if you get too sweaty

I love Coach Blue although it's a bit generic. Just wish it lasted longer. If it did, it would have been one of my favourite blue fragrances.
I was just at the Coach store yesterday and was quite surprised by how nice their blue smelled. The other non blue scent was also very nice.
Coach blue is great, again a lot of these blue fragrances get hate for no reason like invictus, K and coach
Lol the fact that D&G K and Invictus made it to the end… 😩 Kinda makes you realize the reality that these are really MASS appealing frags. And our unique little cult won’t ever sway that mass appeal group.
D&G K is great and don't listen to the haters and invictus is great too

@@Jay-qj9zk they're both different fragrances though, the edp is completely different notes and smell and different formula. I like the EDT more because it's similar to ralph lauren deep blue or aqua di gio profondo with a bit more spice

See what did I tell you guys D&G K is one of the most underrated and most hated scents for no reason, it's a huge compliment puller and I really wasn't lying when I tell people it gets me more compliments than sauvage and bleu de chanel. It deserves a lot more love in the fragrance community. And it was funny the 2 that Ash hates the most did the best in this list
You should do Rose an Oud. There a lot for you to choose from an you could use Niche and designer colognes.

As a guy in his mid thirties who had Invictus Legend purchased for him by his wife…thank you to your wife to reaffirming its status lol. It has grown on me a lot though.

usually when you smell the fragrance, till the third one you need to smell coffee to reset your nose , she smell too many fragrance in very short time and without a coffee , het nose is like a blind eye
