With the wood working table and handiness skill (which is at least a useful skill for every day life that can build naturally unlike painting which you have to set aside specific time for). It means my sims can also upgrade their items, create their own furniture and makes a lot more sense in story telling for rags to riches challenges as sims repairing things and being able to build their own items is fun. Kayla had a concern about the Murphy Bed stats which is a good concern since it matters for gameplay. During the livestream they mentioned that the beds now can be updated to be better quality if your sims have the handy skill so that might be why they don’t have those specific stats listed when purchasing the beds, although I’m not 100% sure
Person: goes to hospital with broken bones Doctor: “how did this happen?” Person: “I tried to crush myself with a Murphy bed after seeing someone on the sims do it” Doctor: Doctor.exe has stopped working
So my dad got custody of me because my moms a drunk but I have to go there every Saturday and she lives in some dumpy apartment and the amount of times I’ve slammed my fingers on the pullout bed is insane
it actually makes sense to me cause if you think about it living in an apartment often isn't very comfortable (annoying neighbors and what have you) and also apartments can be expensive especially if you live in a really populated area
Now I want Tiny Apartments Stuff Pack, which adds tiny apartments and some furniture, maybe bunk beds? I live in a 1-room apartment with a small kitchen and a bathroom. It has a balcony though which adds some space.
Lmao congrats because it's impossible for me to make anything other than a massive house. I try to make a small house but I can't get the "oh they need like every single skill building item in their home, they need multiple computers, multiple easels, a piano, a bar, video editing Bay, candle making table that I know they will never use, ect". I once tried to make a smaller house than my normal gigantic houses and two generations in, it was like the Weasley house in Harry Potter, it was four stories high and very patched together 🤣 That said for some reason I'm on this video because I'm debating buying this pack. Why. Why on earth does my mega house building require this pack 🤣
If you use a ladder or stairs to go up to the roof and don’t close it off it doesn’t count towards the tiles. I use it as a seating area/ laundry/ recreation
i’m pretty sure they said in the livestream with the relationship perk it counts with negative relationships too, so the relationship doesn’t just go up faster, it also goes down faster if you do negative socials.

I think the comfort perk of a small house would override that
They want you to use the new upgrade bed for confort system they put in the new pat cv
I’ve lived in a small room with my boyfriend and it defo brought us closer. Plus living in a smaller space does make me happier, not just because it’s less to clean m
Simsie you need to try and do the tiny living challenge with this pack!!
I honestly really love the layout of the first house! It’s unique 🥰
And she didn’t even mention bunk beads and ladders....how dare she
Kayla had a concern about the Murphy Bed stats which is a good concern since it matters for gameplay. During the livestream they mentioned that the beds now can be updated to be better quality if your sims have the handy skill so that might be why they don’t have those specific stats listed when purchasing the beds, although I’m not 100% sure
Kayla: just die already!!!!
Sim: **dies**
Kayla: ohhhh no
I thought this came out in February! And thank you for showing so much of this! Ack, I'm so freaking stoked for this!
Person: goes to hospital with broken bones
Doctor: “how did this happen?”
Person: “I tried to crush myself with a Murphy bed after seeing someone on the sims do it”
Doctor: Doctor.exe has stopped working
I recently watched a documentary of children dying due to furniture tipping over them. This reminded me of those IKEA lawsuits
I’ve been waiting for this :) i’m so happyyy
Me: Oh, this will be a nice informative video
The first advert: I BROWSED 8 SITES FOR DIVORCE ATTORNEYS TODAY
Lilsimsie: “Oh no, you okay sweetie?”
*next clip*
“WHY WON’T SHE DIE???”
Well then... that escalated quickly 😅😂
So my dad got custody of me because my moms a drunk but I have to go there every Saturday and she lives in some dumpy apartment and the amount of times I’ve slammed my fingers on the pullout bed is insane
In your their 3 house, I feel like I could just sneak out whenever 😂
it actually makes sense to me cause if you think about it living in an apartment often isn't very comfortable (annoying neighbors and what have you) and also apartments can be expensive especially if you live in a really populated area
Paralives will triumph
Now I want Tiny Apartments Stuff Pack, which adds tiny apartments and some furniture, maybe bunk beds? I live in a 1-room apartment with a small kitchen and a bathroom. It has a balcony though which adds some space.
HELLO KAYAK YOU’RE AMAZING OKAY BYE
My biggest achievement in life is that i made a 6 sim MICRO home lol
Lmao congrats because it's impossible for me to make anything other than a massive house. I try to make a small house but I can't get the "oh they need like every single skill building item in their home, they need multiple computers, multiple easels, a piano, a bar, video editing Bay, candle making table that I know they will never use, ect". I once tried to make a smaller house than my normal gigantic houses and two generations in, it was like the Weasley house in Harry Potter, it was four stories high and very patched together 🤣
That said for some reason I'm on this video because I'm debating buying this pack. Why. Why on earth does my mega house building require this pack 🤣
James died in his video this morning😂
How'd he post it from beyond the grave??
I LOVE the micro home! I would have trouble with placing items for skill building though. I like having easels and instruments and the like.
I think I’m getting the sims this weekend! Do you have any packs to recommend kayak?
Typhoid Mary i’m not kayak but i definitely recommend seasons, parenthood, and laundry day if you were to get one of each
Typhoid Mary I’m not kayak but seasons is my favorite it gives you lots of fun gameplay options
katy perry sweet treats XD
And university life
Thank you! I’ll have to look at all of them:).
If you use a ladder or stairs to go up to the roof and don’t close it off it doesn’t count towards the tiles. I use it as a seating area/ laundry/ recreation
That pack was literally made for James (semaj) and his sun died in the first try...!!?
i’m pretty sure they said in the livestream with the relationship perk it counts with negative relationships too, so the relationship doesn’t just go up faster, it also goes down faster if you do negative socials.
