    -After marinating for 30 minutes, fry the Surmai fish fillets in hot oil over medium-high heat until they're perfectly cooked inside and crispy outside. Flip them occasionally for even cooking. Transfer the fried fish to a serving plate, allowing excess oil to drain. Serve hot and savor the succulent, crispy Konkani-style delight
