@@innehagen4248 I am very happy and proud to announce that I finished it today and it is running now 🙂 The main challenge (beside getting the parts together and learn to drill holes etc) was to make it as silent as possible. I packed the water tank into acoustic foam and hang the pump on the lid. The lid itself is also isolated with foam. In the drain pipes I put drink water proof filter foam to make the water flow absolutely silent. It works really well, but, as said, it was an effort to get the pieces together and trying and testing etc. Now it looks very good, is almost absolutely quiet and now I hope the plants will enjoy 🙂 Thanks for your inspiration!

Nice, I have been wondering how best to make an indoor system that looks good (no grow tents or hardware store shelving). Using a cheap Ikea cabinet is a good idea.

Thank you very much :-) After we made the video we found out that the slope on the channels were too little. It should be at least 2-3cm higher on one side per meter to get enough oxidation in the water when temperatures in the reservoar rises. At summertime the temperatur in the kitchen is higher than in the winter when the movie was made. After we fixed the slope the plants thrives even the higher temperatures:-)
