Good video Jeff, as far as colognes go, I have another suggestion. Wear a body wash with it, make sure the body wash & cologne compliment each other, i.e.spring/summer cologne with a spring/summer body wash.

Conversely, I agree on your suggestion to cut back on highly processed foods, as therein lies the problem which unfortunately has been lumped in and masked within the lies that red meat is bad.

Why should we be reducing red meat, it is so good for you. It is carbs we need to avoid.
Too much of it leads to inflammation. Believe me, it's not a good situation to be in even if it's temporary.
