Thank you so much for this wealth of information! The VA system is quite confusing, and the videos you create about VA claims are extremely helpful. Thanks again!
I know the feeling. Just try to relax and be honest and be up front. Answer the questions to the point. Yes or no if need be. Go to your C and P feeling as though that day is your worse day. Good luck and again relax....
I went to a c and p exam with 5 conditions and the examiner juest keep writings with me saying anything just asked me like 5 questions in a tine frane of 40 min the rest he just kept waiting and he just was like do you have any questions? I was like okeiii he say you have potebtial to get s rating but ibwas ok with that but at the same time i was confusing.
Is a one year wait to get an approval for an initial claim reasonable. I submitted in December 2019, Did four separate C&P exams in January and now I'm hearing that it is being reviewed and may have a determination January 2021. I regret now filing back in the 90"s as I have suffered with PTSD and severe Tinittus. I now have non Parkinson loss of smell, Nephropathy and Afib. My VFW VSO is no help. thanks
I recently filed for an increase in my 30% rating for PTSD I have had since 1999. Is it true that after 20 years they cannot decrease my current rating assuming they deny my request I filed for an increase?
I have a pending TDIU Inferred Claim, (inference made by the VA) and I uploaded current medical evidence and lay statements to support this claim. I also filed a new claim for migraines, with new and current supportive evidence. I was concerned because the VA made a notation the new claim will be consolidated into one claim. I could have decided to wait for one to conclude, however, I am experiencing chronic and severe migraines which include multiple prescriptions. I believe I made the right call and should I be worried about the consolidation of claims? Thank you for your videos!

@@HillAndPonton I'm already getting benefits for prostate cancer and have for 3 years, and I'm at 100% right now, but they want to cut it to 55%. I have an appeal hearing the 7th of October. I have stage 4 prostate cancer that's been treated with chemo as it had spread to the bone, but it looks like chemo arrested that for now. But the stage 4 prostate cancer is still active and I have the documentation to prove it from my urologist. Do I need you to represent me in this, and if so, can I get a phone number?
I have tried to watch the videos with the 2 lady attorneys. The sound is poor quality. It sounds like they are in a room that has an echo effect, for lack of a better description. It gives me a headache if I stay on to listen. They are loud and sound like they are in an empty room. Can something be done to improve the sound quality? They have good information and I would like to hear it. It hurts to lusten.
Hi, my husband passed away at VA hospital in 2019. He tried for 2 years or more to get help from VA. His Doctor even filled out papers so he could get aid and attendance, and was still denied. What do I need to do now?

What if the VA changed the wording in your nexus letter your provider wrote to deny your claim? Is that legal?

Great info.. if a vet has a 100% P&T, VA will have a hard time to reduce that rate.
