My hair fell out after having Covid too! I’d be showering and literally clumps would be coming out in my hands it was so scary! I didn’t realise it was a side effect until I was holding back tears telling my hairdresser who assured me it would be ok and that she had seen it quite a lot. Thankfully it seems to be coming back at last so I’m just taking the best care of it I can. Self care is so important and thanks for reminding us of that ❤️

Jamie, I was watching a vlog from 2 months ago...you were using the Inkey List Polyglutamic acid and I use it as well, but I realized you're supposed to use it last...after your thickest cream. It works better and I already loved it, but using it last (like the instructions say...who knew?) really makes a difference! I have a very similar background (started behind the counter, then worked for a ton of brands and then trained and helped launch a few brands) and I'm a bit older. I couldn't be happier for you! You are authentic, talented, kick ass, lovely and best of all you are kind and you LOVE what you do...keep following your heart, sweet girl! Wishing all good things for you and yours! I lost a lot of hair due to having covid. And it’s in the grow back stage! Super frustrating. End up walking about with untameable horns 😈. My hair is normally quite thin but is so much thinner due to the dreaded C!
