Winter you might get the Northern lights or in summer we have the Simmer dim....perpetual daylight, the sun only dips for about 3 hours but it doesn't get dark, it's fantastic!! Xxx

I love when you show how beautiful our wee country is 💙🏴 we rent a cottage and take our 3 dogs so they can enjoy the beaches.
Ps. The island has the same rocks as the moon ( learned that in the Harris distillery tour) that’s why it reminds you of that.

I’m just about to graduate law school I’ve watched your videos for years now and all through university it’s kept me going in times of struggle in law school and you kept me together when my cousin died unexpectedly when I was in my first year of law school I was devastated but I found the courage to keep going through your videos, he won’t get to see me be a lawyer but I know he is with me throughout it all. I just wanted to say thank you for being my biggest inspiration you’ve made me realise people from Scotland I’m from Stirling just near your home town can achieve anything they want ❤️ I looked after my two brothers with Down syndrome from a very young age and was told I won’t achieve much I left school with one National 5 and I have made something for myself your videos made me realise I should follow my dream and I did. I know you’ll never see this but if you ever do just know you made a boy realise it’s okay to be myself I found the courage to come out to my family watching you seeing you live your life for you and that gave me everything I needed to live my true life to the full and to follow my dreams so thank you ❤️ you’ll never know the impact you’ve had on my life x

Ah I can’t believe you saw a dogfish egg (mermaid’s purse). I’m a year 4 teacher and we are reading the Water horse by Dick King-smith which is set in Scotland and the children in the book find one on the beach and my children were mesmerised by them! I’ll have to show them this clip 😂

We had a highland cow bull growing up named Ben and he would let me put a saddle on him and ride him. He was so sweet!
So lovely to see your Scotland travels, such a beautiful country I need to see more of it. Yes Moomins! I've been re-reading the books as an adult and they are so comforting and wonderful, I very highly recommend reading them/again. It's especially nice if you read Midwinter, November in Winter, Moominsummer Madness in Summer etc etc as they're so atmospheric, but any way is just soul nourishing tbh. I spy a Vieve serum?!

Weellllll….. highland cows are friendly, but can also be dangerous. My friends dad got impaled through his thigh by one (he was a farmer), when we were in high school!

Wow the Scottish Hebrides looks so wild and beautiful. Would love to visit . Your accommodation was lovely. The little sheep were so cute.
Loved it when Jamie said 'hello' to the sheep 🐑, who just stared back at her with an indifferent look on its face. The Hebrides or even Shetland is where I'd much prefer to be during the summer, rather than here on the South Coast where it's just too hot for me 🙁. Loved the sound of the Ishga products, will have to keep a lookout for them.

Used to live up on Lewis, gorgeous place but I’m 100% a mainland girl! Great for a visit though. Taking my son up soon to show him my old homes & my favourite beaches.

I think you guys would love Rothesay/the Isle of Bute. Mount Stuart House is stunning and would absolutely blow your mind (Stella McCartney got married there) and we have a unique circular castle that's been kinda minimally restored after being battered by the Vikings. Ooh and lots of lambs and highland cows x
