It's called Bola de Berlim. It derives from a German thing called berliner. The filling is egg yolk based with a looooot of sugar

4:54 the flavour is doce de ovo
It translates to egg´s jam , but it´s not really a jam. It´s creamy and very sugary and tastes like an egg yolk.
We portuguese are *masters* when it comes to utilizing doce de ovo in our pastries

The one you said is corn flour it’s rice flour kind of muffin, the most famous is a Portuguese eggy custard tart in puff pastry called pastel de Nata ( its not really a custard it’s more a egg yolk sweet cream usually vanilla or lemon zest flavour , the ball is the Portuguese version of Berlin balls as we call it in Portugal bolas de Berlin , it’s doughnut pastry with also eggy custard , the one you said pretzel I was thinking in Gila butternut squash pumpkin typical fruit but not sure

Pastry from the Pingo Doce supermarket, it must be the worst pastry you can ever taste.
