The chemistry between those two is so crazy. Sometimes I'm surprised how actors and actresses do such scenes without developing real feelings. They're both so good! Cute cute cute!
Also, Cory has been doing such a great job these last few episodes. You can see that she's constantly improving her filmography. The angles, lighting and editing were so good! Good job Cory! 💕

Luca said that she probably would have been mad at Peyton if she made the selfish decision and kissed her. In that sense, I felt like Peyton and Luca needed to take different paths in life in order to gain a better understanding about themselves. But in the end, they ended up into each other's paths and they realized that they are meant to be each other's soulmates. I'm glad that Peyton and Luca decided to be together instead of lingering around wondering about all the 'what ifs' in their past. 💕

This episode was hands down the cutest for Leyton. I mean they are just too cute & I can’t handle it! 😍🥰💚💙
For me the super best moment was hearing Luca say “Well what do you want to do?” Then Peyton just cuddles her. I swear I probably was crying (happy tears) for about a good chunk of the episode cause that scene between them just made me soo happy!
I find it kinda like a blessing in disguise that Peyton didn’t act on her feelings for Luca in the beginning & here’s why. Yes they both clearly had feelings for each other right when they first met cause you could see that spark moment between them in the flashback but I feel like if Peyton had hooked up back then with Luca things would of been very very hard for them like that spark wouldn’t of lasted much for them. In a way I find what they both went through truly an eye opener for both of them. Luca instead of being with Peyton, Had to deal with her Marriage with Joey & then the P.C.O.S & then figure out what she wanted to do with her life now that she was dealing with a lot. With Peyton she couldn’t get over the fact of loosing Luca that there was an empty void she’s been dealing with & it took Isabelle & Victor to help get her through those rough days of complete emptiness but then became a writer. Then that one random chance That Peyton goes away for a while to work on her Story that Luca would be there too. I mean call it Fate but I truly find it very beautiful That just because it didn’t work out in the beginning for them doesn’t mean it wouldn’t later. I mean these two have grown since the last time they saw each other. People can change & I think now that Luca shared with Peyton her PCOS & Peyton Admitting to wanting to kiss her that night I feel like the two of them can finally be themselves with each other without tip-toeing around it. They had 10yrs away to each process what they were going through & for the first time Luca doesn’t have to rush on who she wants to be with & Peyton doesn’t have to hide her feelings anymore. I think for the first time Luca & Peyton are just gonna take it slow & see that all they went through was well worth the wait in the end. ☺️
This web series was so beautifully done that words can’t describe how much this means to me or to other people. I mean it’s just so powerful those scenes where Luca & Peyton have intense moments throughout Ep 1-14. For me it’s Ep 12. Where Peyton meets Isabelle bear the highway to talk & like Peyton is just completely lost cause Luca was gone. For me that was such a powerful moment to go through. Super sad but the acting that Alexandra had to put into it was truly outstanding to witness & very beautifully shot. In that moment I felt what she was going through & that’s why words can’t describe how amazing this series is. All I can say is Fantastic job to a Cory for writing it & bringing it to life. Alexandra & Rachel are just phenomenal together! I mean that chemistry between them...I couldn’t have pictured it without them. ☺️🌈💙💚

Wow! My Leyton ship has been fulfilled and there are so many feels. I love how both of them apologized to each other and want to move past it and be "together". There were so many cute moments of them knowing each other and being happy/carefree that it was refreshing seeing them just fool around.

These two have slowly become one of my favorite couples. The concept was so simple yet, it speaks to the complexity of relationships and the different perspectives that can shape our own point of views. A wonderful story and I compliment the writer. I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Ok Cory, so was the car scene just in Peyton's script and not in the series? If so, this gives me lots of hope!! My little gay heart exploded with joy over the playful scenes. They have needed this. You can see Luca was struggling with emotions just as peyton had been. But when they apologize you can see the weight lift from them a little. And the emotion luca showed when reading the script omg I wanted to hug them both! Damnit cory, you're too awesome at this, you should be so proud of what you've created. You've created not just a series but a whole damn community! And Alexandra and Rachel should be so proud also. I've never seen chemistry so good! Such a wonderful job y'all!!!!❤❤❤❤

Gosh you certainly know how to pull at our heartstrings. After the devastation of ep 14 to then have this incredible episode. Seeing their growth, how open an honest they are with each other now. Luca deferring to Peyton instead of calling the shots herself. And then the writing sequence. Seeing Peyton write the story that we’ve all fallen in love with was overwhelming. Oh I do love this series ❤️❤️❤️
One more episode huh? I'm gonna really sad when it's gone. This has been my obsession, I've got my girlfriend watching from her house in quarantine as well. This has been an amazing webseries. I loved this episode. I can relate to Peyton as a writer. I haven't written in awhile but sometimes real life is better to write about rather than creating something from the fairytales in your head. I absolutely love how comfortable Peyton and Luca are around each other. They can have fun and be their funny quarky selves. They are right where they need to be. ❤️❤️❤️

Selfless Love conquers all! ❤ I liked the scene of saying "I am sorry"..... because being humble and to have a forgiving heart makes them more in love with each other. 👭❤
Thoughts on a couple things:
- First: I DO think this episode features many outtakes and improvisations in the montage of the light-hearted scene in the second half of it (about 9:20 - 12:00), which probably make it even more effective because of the sincerity and openness of the actors. Well done to the actors, and to Cory, as well, for being open to include unplanned footage, improvisation, ad lib lines.
- Second: Am I the only one to hear "I love you" whispered by Peyton at 10:58?
The amount of work on this whole series is astounding.

I have only one thing to say : AT LAST !!! My #Leyton heart is fulfilled ! The catharsis did its work (good job with the mise en abyme btw 👍) and allowed Peyton to finally accept the past and enjoy pure sincere moments of happiness with Luca, witout ulterior motives. *Big happy gay sigh*... god I love seeing these two happy together. That was so much warmth, so much love. I feel the series could have ended there on the perfect note should you have wanted to. i thought episode 8 was my favorite now i have another one. this was really nice and sweet. glad they reconciled here. i was amazed of thinking none of the actors developed some kind of feelings IRL while filming the kisses, hugs and cuddles.. i hope there will be a season 2. even if not soon but i hope in the future.

Cory, I have rewatched The Fortnight episodes too many times to count. And every time I rewatch an episode, I keep thinking how it is great content for an LGBTQ literary analysis. Yes, I have a BA in English. It would also be great content for a graduate level LGBTQ course.
There are so many subtexts that could be discussed: impact of religious upbringing, familial pressure, etc. I miss college. PhD in my future? What if I finally pursue what I always wanted to do and not what made more financial sense??
Wow. I loved it finally Peyton wrote the story she wanted to write. And I loved that Luca and Peyton decided to be together even though it took 10 years to clear out their thoughts and understood the stuff. This was so BEAUTIFUL to see! It warmed my heart that they made peace with each other. That they now have a clarity about them being something else together, as it should be since the begining.
It's also wonderful to see that they are still in love with each other as they were since they first met.
And you know what they say: what's a heart if it's never been broken?
Both were and now they bloom together. They beat at the same rythim and in sincrony.

Listen. I was minding my own goddamn business when this thing upended my life. Seriously, a couple random Thursdays ago, this came stormin' (pun intended) into my quasi-quarantined world and I've watched it through nine freaking times now. I'm watching this as religiously as my Grandma watches her pre-taped sermon at the Baptist church.
I didn't have many expectations really, just a face I vaguely recognized and the promise of something gay, until I reached the end of Episode One. I think I audibly said, "Oh, holy hell," to myself in my darkened room, staring all wide eyed at my 6 inch phone screen at the shuffling awkward mess of these two people confronted with each other after ten years.
Somewhere between "Use your words, Peyton" and "Use your words, Luca," it was over for me. I could not have been saved. It was an inevitabilty really. I mean, when you combine Cinnamon Toast Crunch and visibly aching regret, you can!not! go wrong.
So, I watched and watched, completely rapt, until the wee hours of the morning and was confronted with what I thought was the end. I'm a doofus and didn't check dates or know it was ongoing. I thought the end was the end of Episode 13 and, let's just say, there was at least thirty two seconds of utter devastation. Only when I checked to see who was responsible for temporarily ruining my life, did I realize that I still had 3 more glorious episodes. And thank goodness, because Ep 15 was cutest twelve minutes that ever existed. I'm not kidding. I have three adorable baby girls and I've switched out all of their framed photographs with stills from this episode. Okay, I'm obviously kidding, but cuuute!
I'm not sure I've ever seen anything more relatable. Of course, I'm a 30something lesbian from the Midwest, so maybe its in my wheelhouse. But, its more than that. Its the starts and stops of real human interaction. It's in the complexities of a relationship you don't quite understand (why DO we hug every night?!) and kinda scares the shit out of you. It's in the absolute fucking hopelessness when you're convinced that the only person that matters now is the only person who will ever matter. I've been on the metaphorical bridge. I've been in all these spaces. I lived this, too. So many people lived this and are slightly more validated by knowing "ohhh, so it wasn't just me." And maybe more importantly, you've given all of us a tiny glimpse of the "what if we meet again" fantasy.
So, whether its your story , the chemistry between Alexandra Swarens (there's a subtle brilliance at play there) and Rachel Rogers (and I'm gonna say this as articulately as possible: daaaaaang!), the setting, or the voodoo magical parallel with these two stuck together with no escape (...like, could it have landed any better?) this is the equivalent to finding a mega roll pack of Charmin at Walgreens. Anyhoo, any way you slice it, it's mf'ing delightful. I've laughed, I've cried, I've cringed, I've sighed. I fell just a little bit in love with Luca (even when I wanted to kick her in the shin) and then bought a t-shirt to commemorate the experience. Thanks for this truly unexpected, but cathartic ride. Looking forward to the finale!

I just watched this episode before class started, and I'm glad I did. I'm kind of excited to see the ending but I don't want it to end either. I have to say that I really enjoy the script concept, it brings life and added interest to the storyline. I love this haha.
